1、《Lesson 3 Making Breakfast》
教學目標:
1.我能記住單詞 stove, sink, cook, make
2.我能自學課文,通過合作,熟練地運用句型Time for……!???
What would you like for breakfast/ lunch/ supper?
---I would like …, please.
3.我會積極主動合作,以最快的速度解決學案上的練習,并與大家分享結(jié)果。
學情分析:
學生對本課第一部分內(nèi)容已經(jīng)相當熟悉,因此應把重點放在第二部分的學習和練習上。在教學中采用情境教學法,讓學生在實踐中體會學習英語的樂
2、趣,在多說、多練、多做做學會口語傳遞信息,提高學習效率,同時增進對西方文化的理解。
重點難點:
教學重點:學生對本課重要概念refrigerator, stove, sink, cook, make的掌握。
教學難點:對知識的綜合、實際運用。
教學過程:

活動1【導入】Step 1 Class Opening and Review
1、Greeting
2、Sing a song: It’s time for breakfast.
3、Review
(1)提問時間,讓學生根據(jù)實際回答;然后讓生生之間就時間隨意問答。
(2)做出相
3、應的動作,讓學生猜是什么房間,并大聲說出這個單詞。同時用句型復習bathroom, kitchen, living room, bedroom.
(3)a. 用卡片與學生一起復習所學過的食物的單詞。
b. Play “Draw and Guess” to review foods the students mastered in Level 1.
活動2【講授】Step 2 Presentation
一、Teach the new words “ refrigerator , stove and sink “

T : What is cold ? (Hold up your vocabulary card for refrigerator .) Is a refrigerator cold ?

T : Is this cold ? (Hold up the card for stove )
S : No, it’s hot. .

2、Play “ Simon says “ to practice the new words .

二、Teach make and cook
We learned the words of the kitchen . Now let’s make breakfast .

2、Explain “ cook ”
T : Now what do you want to cook ! Read a few times .
( Explain “ cook ” always implies heating food . When you use a stove , you always “ cook ” )
三、在黑板上板書所學過的句型,用卡片進行教授。

2、Drills: 通過隨意抽取卡片,讓男孩女孩相互問答練習本課句型。
3、Play a game: 請自告奮勇的學生上到講臺抽卡片,告訴全班同學他/她吃什么早餐。
四、Study the dialogue
回顧故事情節(jié)。Ling Ming 來到加拿大和Jenny一家住在一起,看《教科書》中的圖畫,他們正在干什么?

Divide the class into small groups . Ask each group to make up a dialogue about a meal in a kitchen . Encourage the students to have fun and use as much vocabulary as possible from this unit .

(設計意圖:把全班分成若干小組。讓每組以在廚房做飯為內(nèi)容自編對話。鼓勵學生玩的高興,同時是他們盡量多地使用本單元的詞匯,并培養(yǎng)了學生的合作精神。)
