The five activities from 1a to 2c provide the basic and main language points、develop the skills of listening and speaking. So theyre very importan

3、t in this unit. 2. Important points Help the students to grasp two contents: One is the names of clothes: sock、T-shirt、pants、 shorts and sweater. The other is to learn to ask and answer the price of clothes.How much is the red skirt? Its 15 dollars.How much are the blue pants? They are 30 dollars. 3

4、. Difficult points 4. Analysis of the students The difficult point is how to use “How much” questions freely and fluently and how to communicate with others.In the last unit, the students have learnt countable nouns , uncountable nouns and the plural forms of countable nouns. And the sentences with

5、“be” are not difficult for them. So its very easy for them to understand “How much is ? Its . How much are ? They are ” This lesson is related to our daily life. So its very helpful to raise the students learning interests and its also helpful to improve the students spoken English.5. Teaching aims

6、and demands. Language goals: To remember the new words: sock、T-shirt、pants、 shorts 、 sweater and dollar.To make the student know how to ask and answer the price in their real lives. Ability goals: To develop the students abilities of listening, speaking, reading and writing. To train the students ab

Emotional goals :By learning the contents of this unit, let the students have some experience of buying things by themselves. Let the students know the price of clothes in China. In such an

Strategy goals: To make the students take an active part in the language practice including listening、speaking、reading and writing. And they can have creative ability. So they can grasp
