小型圓鋼打捆機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)
摘要
自動(dòng)打捆機(jī)是生產(chǎn)線精整包裝區(qū)不可缺少的核心設(shè)備.發(fā)揮著十分重要要的作用。
打捆機(jī),就是將鋼材捆扎成形的設(shè)備,利用盤條、鋼帶等捆扎材料將螺紋鋼、型鋼(如槽鋼、角鋼、工字鋼)、帶鋼、線材等捆扎起來(lái),以便于鋼材的運(yùn)輸、存儲(chǔ)和銷售.按照功能,打捆機(jī)一般可分為送絲系統(tǒng)、剪切系統(tǒng)、擰絲系統(tǒng)以及與其配合的輔助元器件組成.。本論文通過(guò)對(duì)各個(gè)系統(tǒng)的一步步設(shè)計(jì),基本完成了小型鋼材全自動(dòng)液壓打捆機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)。設(shè)計(jì)中涉及各零部件的參數(shù)計(jì)算、強(qiáng)度校核以及液壓缸的選擇極端等。本打捆機(jī)使用直徑為6.5mm的鋼絲可以完成對(duì)棒材、型材等中小型型鋼的包裝打捆,料捆尺寸φ100-φ400mm捆徑自動(dòng)打捆包裝。它可以與生產(chǎn)線其他設(shè)備相互通訊,能自動(dòng)適應(yīng)生產(chǎn)節(jié)奏的變化。

Abstract
Automatic packaging machine is finishing production line packaging indispensable core area

In accordance with the features, packaging machines in general can be divided into the wire line EC, shear systems, fastening systems, as well as silk and its supporting components with the composition.. In this paper, the various systems through a step-by-step design, the basic completion of a small steel hydraulic automatic packaging machine design. Involved in the design parameters of various parts, strength check, as well as the choice of hydraulic cylinders and other extremists. The use of the packaging machine of steel wire diameter of 6.5mm to be completed on the bar, profiles and other small and medium-sized packaging of steel packaging, is expected bundle size diameter φ100-φ400mm automatic bale packaging bundle. It can be the production line and other communications devices that can automatically adapt to changes in the production of Rhythm.
