摘要法蘭盤(pán)是一種盤(pán)狀零件，法蘭盤(pán)也叫法蘭，成對(duì)使用。為了保證產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量，提高加工效率，需要對(duì)其加工工藝進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)，并在關(guān)鍵工序使用專(zhuān)用機(jī)床進(jìn)行加工。本課題即以此為背景，要求學(xué)生根據(jù)企業(yè)生產(chǎn)需要和支座體零件的加工要求，首先完成零件的加工工藝規(guī)程設(shè)計(jì)，在此基礎(chǔ)之上，選擇其關(guān)鍵工序之一進(jìn)行專(zhuān)用夾具設(shè)計(jì)，并完成必要的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算。通過(guò)查閱相關(guān)資料，了解法蘭盤(pán)用途，性能，特點(diǎn)，看懂零件圖，確定毛坯，繪制毛坯圖，擬定法蘭盤(pán)工藝路線，制作工藝卡片等。近幾年來(lái)，我國(guó)在法蘭的制造領(lǐng)域和研發(fā)領(lǐng)域取得了一定的突破。機(jī)械制造工業(yè)是為社會(huì)提供各種機(jī)械設(shè)備的部門(mén)，在國(guó)家的發(fā)展中起到很重要的地位，其發(fā)展規(guī)模及水平反映了一個(gè)國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力科技水平的標(biāo)志。此設(shè)計(jì)是在大學(xué)即將結(jié)束前學(xué)完了所有學(xué)校所安排的課程及實(shí)習(xí)后所面臨的一次考察，是一次理論加實(shí)踐的一次訓(xùn)練。強(qiáng)化了我們對(duì)基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)和技能的理解和應(yīng)用程度，培養(yǎng)了我們一定的理論分析，設(shè)計(jì)運(yùn)算能力，論證能力，搜集資料能力。在我們四年的大學(xué)生活中占很重要作用。關(guān)鍵詞：法蘭盤(pán)；工藝卡片；毛坯圖；夾具設(shè)計(jì) AbstractFlange is a discoid parts, flanges, also called flange, used in pairs. In order to ensure product quality, improve processing efficiency, it is needed to optimize the processing technology, and the use of special machine tool for processing in the critical process. This issue is based on the background, ask the students to production and processing enterprises need and a support body parts requirements, complete the components processing technological process design first, on this basis, choose one of the key process of special fixture design, and completes the essential design calculation. Through access to relevant information, understand the flange uses, properties, characteristics, understand the part drawing, determine blank, drawing blank map, formulate flange process route, process cards etc. In recent years, China has made certain breakthrough in the field of manufacturing and flange. Machinery manufacturing industry is to provide all kinds of machinery and equipment of the Department for the society, play a very important role in the development of the nation, the development scale and level reflects the symbol of economic strength of a countrys scientific and technological level. This design is in the University before the end of the finished all the work of school curriculum and a study faced after practice, is a theoretical and practical training session.
