黑龍江工程學(xué)院本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)摘 要貨車(chē)作為一種常用的商務(wù)車(chē)，已在現(xiàn)代社會(huì)中占有舉足輕重的地位。由于貨車(chē)的快速發(fā)展，人們的生活才變得如此便利。貨車(chē)，成為了一個(gè)國(guó)家乃至整個(gè)世界不可缺少的一樣運(yùn)輸工具。變速器是汽車(chē)傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)中最重要的部分之一，汽車(chē)的前進(jìn)、后退，增速、減速都要靠變速器傳動(dòng)來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)。而且變速器在汽車(chē)動(dòng)力性和燃油經(jīng)濟(jì)性上也有重要的影響。本設(shè)計(jì)的CA5-38變速器，主要任務(wù)是完成齒輪、軸、箱體等的設(shè)計(jì)及校核，和位置的確定，并滿足其承載能力的同步器。另外，針對(duì)齒輪作用力的不同，可以在不同的軸上選擇合適的軸承。利用AUTCAD完成變速器的總成圖、第一軸、第二軸、中間軸、各個(gè)擋齒輪及同步器的設(shè)計(jì)。隨著我國(guó)汽車(chē)行業(yè)的迅猛發(fā)展，人們對(duì)汽車(chē)的需求也越來(lái)越高。通過(guò)對(duì)載貨汽車(chē)變速器的設(shè)計(jì)我了解到變速器在汽車(chē)結(jié)構(gòu)中具有著重要的作用。變速器結(jié)構(gòu)的改進(jìn)對(duì)汽車(chē)行業(yè)的發(fā)展與進(jìn)步具有著深遠(yuǎn)的意義。關(guān)鍵詞：變速器；軸；齒輪；設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算；校核ABSTRACTNowadays, van as a kind of Business Purpose Vehicle has been common and played a very important role in our modern society. Because van develops so fast, peoples life become more and more convenience. Van, has been become an indispensable vehicle in a country, even all the world.Transmission is the most important part in transmission agent in an auto. The reason is that forward, backward, speed up, slowdown and other manipulate of auto have to be completed by transmission. And transmission is also important in Automotive dynamica perform and fuel economy. The main purpose of this design-CA5-38 gearbox is to complete the design, check and position among gears, axles, case, and this design should have enough capability. In addition, it can choose an appropriate bearing, which based on the different gears forces. We can complete this design, primary shaft, secondary shaft, intermediate shaft, any gear, and synchro by AUTCAD.With the rapid development of Chinese automobile industry, people has more and more demands in autoes. To design this transmission of van; I realized that transmission is very important in vans conformation.
