摘要
本文在分析手持式電動(dòng)電磁爐存在問題的基礎(chǔ)上，介紹了套筒式電動(dòng)電磁爐的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)和工作原理，并依據(jù)該機(jī)在水泥廠的使用效果、實(shí)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)和計(jì)算結(jié)論，說明該機(jī)無論在理論還是實(shí)踐中都是一種高效、節(jié)能的理想裝置設(shè)備。套筒式電磁爐是通過對(duì)單筒電磁爐的單一筒體改為疊在一起的兩筒或三筒，以縮短電磁爐的外形尺寸。該機(jī)工作時(shí)，物料和熱氣流依次進(jìn)入內(nèi)外筒體，在電磁爐內(nèi)作“V”或“N”形往復(fù)折流后，充分利用熱能裝置物料后再卸出。該電磁爐筒體部分由兩個(gè)筒軸水平放置的內(nèi)外套筒組成，內(nèi)通為一錐筒，外筒為直筒，這就使通體的截面得到充分利用，其筒體外形總長(zhǎng)度約為相當(dāng)?shù)膯瓮驳?0％－60％，從而大幅度的減少了占地面積和廠房建筑面積。套筒式電磁爐將以其結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、占地面積小、熱效率高、投資省、適應(yīng)性強(qiáng)、運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)可靠等特點(diǎn)，為水泥廠的原、燃料裝置提供了一種較理想的裝置設(shè)備。
