摘 要
肥皂盒在我們的生活中非常的普遍，幾乎每家都要用到。市場(chǎng)上也有各種各樣的肥皂盒，形狀各異，有些是把肥皂盒做成水果造型，有些是動(dòng)植物造型，來(lái)吸引顧客的目光，以引發(fā)人們的購(gòu)買(mǎi)欲。此次設(shè)計(jì)的肥皂盒是在上蓋上打孔，肥皂放在上蓋上，這樣水會(huì)沿孔斜度往下蓋流，水積在下蓋里，上下蓋之間有一定的距離保證一定的時(shí)間里水不會(huì)滿到上蓋的肥皂上，積水手動(dòng)倒掉即可，這樣即保證了肥皂的利用率，又保證了房間的清潔。優(yōu)點(diǎn)是：結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單，提高肥皂的使用壽命；缺點(diǎn)是:積在下蓋的積水需人工手動(dòng)倒出。此次設(shè)計(jì)是以上蓋為主，在上蓋的設(shè)計(jì)中主要要解決以下幾個(gè)問(wèn)題：1、肥皂放在上蓋上時(shí)，以點(diǎn)接觸，設(shè)計(jì)六個(gè)橢圓突出,支撐肥皂，使肥皂和盒子之間以點(diǎn)接觸；2、上蓋上還要開(kāi)一個(gè)槽，使水可以沿著曲面流人下蓋；3、設(shè)計(jì)澆口時(shí)要注意上蓋上表面的精度，不能在表面上留有印痕；4、在設(shè)計(jì)推出機(jī)構(gòu)時(shí)要注意推桿放置的位置，放在下表面，不能影響上表面的表面精度；5、在開(kāi)模時(shí)需保證塑件留在型腔上，用推桿頂出。
