摘 要
本論文主要是對螺旋榨油機的總體結構設計。其中包括壓榨部分，傳動部分，機架部分，出油裝置及進料等的結構設計。包括對輸入端電動機功率／轉速的選擇。帶及帶輪的選擇及設計。變速箱中齒輪的設計，軸的設計，軸承、鍵、聯(lián)軸器的選擇及相關的計算、校核。榨螺榨籠的設計等。其中榨螺和榨籠是榨油機的主要工作部件。榨螺部分主要有榨螺軸和榨螺（共3節(jié)）．調(diào)餅頭．鎖緊螺母和調(diào)節(jié)螺栓等組成．榨螺的設計應滿足榨螺間的裝配要求．榨螺間裝配必須嚴密．用鎖緊螺母將其夾緊．防止油餅滲入榨螺孔內(nèi)，影響榨螺的順利拆卸．榨籠的榨膛由兩部分組成．前段由榨條組成，后段落由榨圈組成．變速箱的設計應注意互相間的配合關系，傳動比及扭矩是否滿足工作條件等．
本機適用于榨取菜籽、花生仁、芝麻、棉籽仁、大豆、椰子、茶籽、葵花籽等植物油脂。（根據(jù)用戶需要，可更換榨螺，用于榨取米糠等含油的油料。）

Including to input end electric motor power/rotational speed choice. belt choice and band pulley design. gear box intermediate gear design, axis design, bearing, key, shaft coupling choice and correlation computation. examination, presses out the spiral to press out the cage the design and so on. in which to press out the spiral and to press out the cage is the screwy oil press main operating principle. presses out the spiral part mainly to have presses out the screw axis and presses out the spiral (altogether 3). to adjust the cake head. to lock composition and so on nut and adjuster bolt. presses out spiral's design to be supposed to press out matching requirement satisfied between spiral's. presses out between the spiral the assembly to have to be strict. with locks the nut its clamp. prevented oil cake permeating presses out in the spiral hole, affects presses out spiral's smoothly disassemblies. to press out the cage to press out the chest cavity to be composed. the first paragraph by presses out the strip to be composed, the latter paragraph by presses out the circle to be composed. the gear box design to be supposed to pay attention to mutually between the coordinate relations, the transmission when torque whether does satisfy the working condition and so on.
This machine is suitable for the extraction of vegetable oils from such oil-bearing materials as rape seed, peanuts, sesame seed, cotton seed, Soya beans, coconuts, tea seed, sunflower seed, etc. (The pressing worms can be replaced as required by the user for the purpose of the extraction of oils from some other oil-bearing materials, such as rice bran oil and the like.)
