磨料磨損試驗機的設(shè)計
摘 要
目前磨料磨損試驗機的品種繁多，也有不少人在研究新型的試驗機。在國內(nèi)的相關(guān)研究中則廣泛使用的試驗機有滾子式磨損試驗機、四球式磨料磨損試驗機、往復式磨料磨損試驗機、磨損試驗機、盤銷式磨料磨損試驗機等。磨料磨損試驗的目的是為了對磨損現(xiàn)象及其本質(zhì)進行研究，正確地評價各種因素對磨料磨損性能的影響，從而確定符合使用要求的摩擦副元件的最優(yōu)參數(shù)。
我所設(shè)計的是磨料磨損的試驗機。是用電機帶動帶輪為驅(qū)動，利用帶式傳動使整臺設(shè)備運轉(zhuǎn)。這種試驗機是進行磨料磨損的有效設(shè)備，廣泛運用于對各種高速刀具的磨損性能進行測試和評價，是高速切削和新型刀具材料研制開發(fā)和應(yīng)用的必備設(shè)備。該設(shè)備是高速加工和刀具材料研究方向研究工作急需的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)備，該設(shè)備可以擴展該學科的研究領(lǐng)域和提高研究水平。是綜合各種試驗機的一種先進的設(shè)備。

Abstract
The abrasive wear test machine of the variety, there are a lot of people in the study of new type of testing machine. In the domestic related research is widely used in the testing machine has a roller type wear testing machine, four ball friction and wear testing machine, reciprocating friction and wear testing machine, cutting type friction, wear testing machine, friction test machine. Friction and wear test is aimed on the friction and wear phenomenon and its essence is studied, a evaluation of various factors influence on friction and wear properties, thereby determining the requirements of the optimal parameters of friction pair components.
What I design is at a high temperature abrasive wear testing machine. Is driven by a motor belt wheel for driving belt transmission, using the whole device operation, this machine is of high speed friction and wear behavior of effective equipment, is widely used for various high temperature friction and wear properties of high speed cutting tool for testing and evaluation, is of high speed cutting and new cutting tool materials research and development and application of the necessary equipment. The device is of high speed machining and tool material research direction research work needed infrastructure equipment, the equipment can be extended to the field of study and improve research level. Is a comprehensive test machine is a kind of advanced equipment.
