加強(qiáng)板沖壓成形工藝與模具設(shè)計(jì)
摘要
本零件的沖壓包括沖孔和落料兩個(gè)工序，本次設(shè)計(jì)采用了沖孔落料倒裝復(fù)合模，直接利用壓力機(jī)的打桿裝置進(jìn)行推件，卸料可靠，便于操作。工件留在落料凹?？锥粗校诎寄？自O(shè)置推件塊；卡于凸凹模上的廢料可由卸料板頂出；采用下出料方式，在下模座上開設(shè)了漏料孔，沖孔廢料由漏料孔落下；落料凸模與卸料板一起配合工作，實(shí)現(xiàn)壓料的作用，選用彈性卸料板來卸下條料廢料；此設(shè)計(jì)由于凸模較細(xì)，必須要校核其強(qiáng)度。工件由導(dǎo)料銷和擋料銷定位，工件采用從前向后手動(dòng)送料。

The press procedure of the part include piercing and blanking.The design adopts
Piercing and blanking compound die,push out the workpiece by knockout rod of the press machine,dumping the workpiece reliable,easy to the operational work.the workpiece is in the hole of the female die,it is set-up the shedder in the hole of the female die;On the upstroke the stock is stripped from the blanking die by the upward travel of the stripper.There is a hole in the die shoe,the punching scrap stock fall out from the hole of the die shoe.The blanking punch work with the stripperso that can hold-back the workpiece.Due to the punch is thinner,so it is necessary to check the strength.The workpiece is located by guide pins and stop pin,the design adopts hand-operated feed from the front to the back.
