摘 要
本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計的主要任務(wù)是對風(fēng)扇固定蓋注射模具的設(shè)計，也就是設(shè)計一副注塑模具來生產(chǎn)風(fēng)扇固定蓋的塑件產(chǎn)品，以實現(xiàn)自動化提高產(chǎn)量。該課題從產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)工藝性，具體模具結(jié)構(gòu)出發(fā)，對模具的澆注系統(tǒng)、模具成型部分的結(jié)構(gòu)、頂出系統(tǒng)、冷卻系統(tǒng)、注塑機的選擇及有關(guān)參數(shù)的校核、都有詳細(xì)的設(shè)計。本次設(shè)計的主要難點有：由于塑件為風(fēng)扇固定蓋內(nèi)壁上有螺紋，考慮自動脫螺紋機構(gòu)，因而模具結(jié)構(gòu)較復(fù)雜，為了提高零件的表面質(zhì)量，采用單分型面?zhèn)葷部凇?

ABSTRACT
This graduation design is the main task of the internal screw thread bottle cap mould design, also is to design a pair of injection mold for manufacturing the plastic screw thread bottle cap in product, in order to realize the automation to increase production. The subject from the product structure craft, specific die structure, the mould of gating system, molding part of the structure, the ejector system, cooling system, selection of injection molding machine and related parameters of checking, there are detailed design. The main difficulties of this design are: due to the plastic parts of screw thread bottle cap in outside wall have threaded, consider automatically take off thread mechanism, and the die structure is relatively complex, in order to improve the surface quality of parts, with double parting surface gate set
