4、ng with some students in a school- leavers’ party, this unit presents a conversation on the topic of eating in which many useful expressions are properly and correctly used. Based on the actual conditions of the students, one more listening material is added to help enlarge students’ input. With eno
5、ugh authentic input as well as controlled activities on the target language, students should be able to make their own conversation in real situations.

The students are in Grade 3, so they are in a quite different level, so I pay attention to the design of the task, for all and for individua
6、l, fully arouse the enthusiasm of each student. What’s more, the students are active and ready to help others, and they are very interested in this topic, so I focus on arousing their curiosity.

李:《課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》強(qiáng)調(diào)“學(xué)生是學(xué)習(xí)的主體?!币惶煤谜n一個重要的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)就是學(xué)生參與的程度和他們的收獲。這節(jié)課中學(xué)生的參與環(huán)節(jié)很多,做得很好。
劉:各環(huán)節(jié)的銜接很緊湊,由單詞到短語,由短語到句子,再到篇章,進(jìn)行的非常自然流暢,符合學(xué)生的認(rèn)知規(guī)律。但是學(xué)生在講解時個別程度比較好的學(xué)生的展示很好,也應(yīng)該讓程度差一點(diǎn)的學(xué)生展示一下看看他們掌握的程度如何,讓大部分的學(xué)生達(dá)到“學(xué)以致用”的目的。
翁:辛老師的教學(xué)重視了小組合作學(xué)習(xí),使小組
17、中每個同學(xué)都參與進(jìn)來,操練很扎實(shí),做得很好。尤其是語法學(xué)習(xí)的環(huán)節(jié)處理非常好,學(xué)生在做動作的過程中愉快的學(xué)會了語法知識.
辛:辛老師的教學(xué)思路很清晰,一步一步指引著學(xué)生自己討論學(xué)習(xí)的技巧,在小組討論的過程中指引學(xué)生理解課文,感悟重點(diǎn)句子。注重了學(xué)生主體教師主導(dǎo)的作用。
范:聽力回答問題很好,強(qiáng)調(diào)了語音、語調(diào)、語氣和停頓,對做過的聽力部分的題目進(jìn)行了及時的復(fù)現(xiàn),學(xué)生學(xué)會了關(guān)注對話人物的態(tài)度體現(xiàn)。
侯:課堂上老師的情感,巧妙地提問都能使教學(xué)達(dá)到最佳狀態(tài)。老師的提問非常有效,不僅激發(fā)了學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣,同時還能培養(yǎng)他們的思考能力,一方面把握文章的難點(diǎn),另一方面也加深對文意的理解。

八、效果分析
1. 本機(jī)課是一節(jié)聽說課,所以教師以聽、說為主,讀、寫相結(jié)合,在設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)時,采用由易到難,循序漸進(jìn)的方式,首先展示預(yù)習(xí)成果,為下一步的聽力打下很好的基礎(chǔ)。由聽力素材到對話課文,把本來很難的聽力活動問題瞬間變得簡單了。再通過大量的分層設(shè)計(jì)的說的活動,使不同程度的學(xué)生都有很大
19、的收獲。課前我和學(xué)生(主持人)進(jìn)行了充分的備課,所以,在授課過程中“老師”主持的非常出色,并且在各個環(huán)節(jié)中,同學(xué)們都聽的非常認(rèn)真,積極地回答問題,熱烈的討論問題,其中口語展示、合作交流等環(huán)節(jié)可以說是精彩萬分。
2.教材圍繞畢業(yè)生晚會展開,對于學(xué)生來說,是一個非常感興趣的話題。整節(jié)課同學(xué)們都被主題“學(xué)校畢業(yè)生晚會的準(zhǔn)備”所吸引,從他們興奮的表情中可以看出,他們求知若渴。了解西方畢業(yè)生晚會的一個很好的途徑就是了解西方文化,這能夠加深對中西方文化的理解,同時因?yàn)橛信d趣的引導(dǎo),學(xué)生能積極的運(yùn)用所學(xué)知識到實(shí)際生活中。在教學(xué)過程中,教師應(yīng)鼓勵學(xué)生積極參與課堂的每個環(huán)節(jié)中。比如,在導(dǎo)入語法點(diǎn)之前,讓學(xué)生根
20、據(jù)自己的平時活動小組討論句子之間的共同點(diǎn),歸納語法結(jié)構(gòu)及用法;再比如,在講解知識點(diǎn)之前,讓學(xué)生自己找出不懂的地方,體現(xiàn)學(xué)生的自主地位,提升學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)英語的能力。絕大多數(shù)學(xué)生的課中練習(xí)及課后達(dá)標(biāo)都令人很滿意,所以是一節(jié)成功之課。
3. 在本節(jié)課中,教師采用二人對話、小組對話、小組活動等多種教學(xué)方法,以激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣,調(diào)動學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)積極性,使學(xué)生可以多方位、多角度的感受英語學(xué)習(xí)的魅力,在輕松愉快的氣氛中學(xué)到知識,并運(yùn)用到實(shí)際生活中。
4.但是也存在一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)不足,就是部分同學(xué)的課中練習(xí)及課后達(dá)標(biāo)未能及時完成,但在糾正答案時“老師”進(jìn)行了“一刀切”式糾正方法,使他們處于學(xué)習(xí)被動狀態(tài),所以在今后的教學(xué)中我要注重平日教學(xué)中的“后進(jìn)生”轉(zhuǎn)化并研究“后進(jìn)生”教學(xué)的問題。
