摘要：本設(shè)計的題目為：接線端子沖壓工藝與模具設(shè)計。通過對該零件模具的設(shè)計，進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)了設(shè)計者沖壓模設(shè)計的基礎(chǔ)知識，為設(shè)計更復(fù)雜的沖壓模做好了鋪墊，同時吸收了更深刻的經(jīng)驗。
本設(shè)計運用沖壓成形工藝及模具設(shè)計的基礎(chǔ)知識，首先分析了沖裁件的工藝性，緊接著確定沖壓工藝方案、設(shè)計成形零件、選擇結(jié)構(gòu)零件。
本零件結(jié)構(gòu)較為簡單，考慮到制件的形狀和結(jié)構(gòu)特點、模具的制造成本和加工的方便性，本模具采用級進(jìn)模結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行沖裁。
