濾清器固定架沖壓模具設(shè)計摘 要 沖壓成形是一個涉及領(lǐng)域極其廣泛的行業(yè)，深入到制造業(yè)的每個方面，沖壓成形加工主要是通過沖壓模具來實(shí)現(xiàn)。沖壓模具是大批量生產(chǎn)同類產(chǎn)品的工具，是沖壓成形的常用工藝裝備。本設(shè)計首先根據(jù)空氣濾清器固定架沖壓件的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)、生產(chǎn)批量、加工精度進(jìn)行沖壓工藝性分析，確定沖壓工藝方案?？諝鉃V清器固定架成型工序包括兩個大的部分：一部分是板材的沖孔落料，另一部分為材料的彎曲工藝。因此，由沖壓工藝性分析所確定的沖壓工藝方案是設(shè)計四套模具，分別是沖孔、落料復(fù)合模、中間彎曲單工序模、外角彎曲單工序模，外角彎曲單工序模。然后對這四套沖壓模具進(jìn)行工藝計算并設(shè)計每套模具所用的零部件：凸模、凹模、凹模固定板、卸料板、彎曲模等。按照沖壓模具的設(shè)計的步驟，對各套沖壓模具選用合適的導(dǎo)柱、導(dǎo)套、模柄及模架等標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件。最終完成空氣濾清器固定架沖壓件的模具設(shè)計。關(guān)鍵詞：沖壓工藝；復(fù)合模；彎曲模；空氣濾清器固定架ABSTRACTAbstract： The stamping is a very wide range of the areas of industry, into all aspects of manufacturing, stamping forming processing to achieve through the stamping die.
