摘 要
車門的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)與優(yōu)化是整車開發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)中的重要環(huán)節(jié)，熟悉車門結(jié)構(gòu)的功能要求、結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)和較見的結(jié)構(gòu)處理方法是車門結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)；另外，設(shè)計(jì)的車門應(yīng)具有足夠大的強(qiáng)度、剛度和良好的振動(dòng)特性，以滿足車門閉合時(shí)耐沖擊性及與側(cè)碰時(shí)的耐撞性等各項(xiàng)性能的要求。本設(shè)計(jì)依據(jù)威馳轎車的結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸和功能特點(diǎn)具體設(shè)計(jì)了一個(gè)分體式威馳轎車前車門。
本設(shè)計(jì)主要完成了車門限位器設(shè)計(jì)、后視鏡設(shè)計(jì)、外板設(shè)計(jì)、內(nèi)板設(shè)計(jì)、門鉸鏈設(shè)計(jì)、門鎖機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、玻璃升降器設(shè)計(jì)、防撞梁設(shè)計(jì)及門玻璃等設(shè)計(jì)。并且對(duì)玻璃升降器進(jìn)行了交叉臂的計(jì)算以及對(duì)車門鉸鏈及限位器進(jìn)行了強(qiáng)度校核。設(shè)計(jì)了一個(gè)具有一定功能性、安全性、實(shí)用性、經(jīng)濟(jì)性的威馳轎車前車門。
