摘 要
自動真空包裝機利用輸送帶作為包裝機的工作臺和輸送裝置。輸送帶可作步進運動，它的真空室蓋在輸送帶上方，托板在輸送帶下方，合攏時形成真空室，而輸送帶則夾在中間。輸送帶上有使包裝袋定位的擋板。只要將盛有包裝物品的包裝袋排放在輸送帶上，便可自動完成抽真空，熱封。真空包裝機是以塑料或塑料鋁箔薄膜為包裝材料，對液體、固體、粉狀糊狀的食品、糧食、果品、醬菜、果脯、化學藥品、藥材、電子元件、精密儀器、稀有金屬等進行真空包裝，經真空包裝的物品可以防止氧化、霉變、蟲蛀、腐爛、受潮，延長保質保鮮期限。特別適用于茶葉、食品、醫(yī)藥、商店、研究機構等行業(yè)，具有外型美觀、結構緊湊、效率高、操作簡便等優(yōu)點。
