摘 要： 聚醋酸乙烯乳膠漆作為一種水性涂料，它的出現(xiàn)和發(fā)展適應(yīng)了改善人類對生存環(huán)境的要求。它是白色粘稠液體，可加入各色色槳配成不同顏色的涂料。主要用于建筑物的內(nèi)外墻涂飾，還可以用作金屬表面的涂飾。該涂料以水為溶劑，所以具有安全無毒、施工方便的特點(diǎn)，易噴涂、刷涂和滾涂，干燥快、保色性好、透氣性好。聚醋酸乙烯乳膠漆采用乳液聚合的生產(chǎn)工藝。乳液聚合的基本工藝有間歇聚合、半連續(xù)聚合、連續(xù)聚合、預(yù)乳液以及種子乳液聚合等。半連續(xù)分批加料乳液聚合能很好地控制聚合速度和操作彈性，且適應(yīng)性強(qiáng)，單體轉(zhuǎn)化率高（﹥99﹪），乳液性質(zhì)穩(wěn)定。該生產(chǎn)工藝目前還是工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)聚醋酸乙烯乳膠漆的主要方法。
