摩托車從動(dòng)盤沖壓工藝分析及其模具設(shè)計(jì)
摘要
沖壓件具有自重輕、強(qiáng)度大、剛度好和材料利用率高等特點(diǎn),在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中應(yīng)用十分廣泛。本文分析了沖壓件的結(jié)構(gòu)工藝性,闡述了金屬塑性成形機(jī)理及其工藝,設(shè)計(jì)了摩托車離合器從動(dòng)盤沖壓件及其成型工藝,并進(jìn)行了模具設(shè)計(jì)。
隨著摩托車技術(shù)的發(fā)展,對(duì)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)技術(shù)的要求也越來越高。大功率、大的傳動(dòng)比和長壽命等要求推動(dòng)了發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的研發(fā)并開始進(jìn)行復(fù)雜的離合器的設(shè)計(jì)。而離合器從動(dòng)盤是摩托車發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)和變速箱之間的重要傳動(dòng)部件,其主要功用為傳遞發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的扭矩、起步及換擋時(shí)切斷動(dòng)力。本文設(shè)計(jì)了一種整體式離合器從動(dòng)盤,能較好的滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求。
另外,對(duì)壓力機(jī)進(jìn)行了選擇并對(duì)主要零件進(jìn)行了校核。經(jīng)試模后,便可投入生產(chǎn),具有可靠的使用性能和良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。

Motorcycle Driven Plate Stamping Process Analysis and The Mold Design
Abstract
