摘 要
車門的結構設計與優(yōu)化是整車開發(fā)設計中的重要環(huán)節(jié)，熟悉車門結構的功能要求、結構特點和較見的結構處理方法是車門結構設計的基礎；另外，設計的車門應具有足夠大的強度、剛度和良好的振動特性，以滿足車門閉合時耐沖擊性及與側碰時的耐撞性等各項性能的要求。本設計依據(jù)威馳轎車的結構尺寸和功能特點具體設計了一個分體式威馳轎車前車門。
本設計主要完成了車門限位器設計、后視鏡設計、外板設計、內(nèi)板設計、門鉸鏈設計、門鎖機構設計、玻璃升降器設計、防撞梁設計及門玻璃等設計。并且對玻璃升降器進行了交叉臂的計算以及對車門鉸鏈及限位器進行了強度校核。設計了一個具有一定功能性、安全性、實用性、經(jīng)濟性的威馳轎車前車門。
