棘輪型手動壓機設(shè)計

摘要: 本課題是棘輪手動壓力機的設(shè)計，針對機械裝置工作條件，設(shè)計符合實際工作要求的壓力機。壓力機的設(shè)計包括齒輪軸、齒條、箱體的設(shè)計和一些零部件的選用校核等。在設(shè)計過程中，根據(jù)任務(wù)書提供的壓力機的長度、寬度、高度、行程等要求，完成壓力機的總體設(shè)計。其中主要以人力為主，通過齒輪帶動齒條運動，用棘輪實現(xiàn)自鎖，用手輪回復(fù)齒條，其中主要設(shè)計了各個系統(tǒng)傳動的零部件，結(jié)構(gòu)比較簡單，屬于典型的手動壓力機
對壓力機進行受力分析，完成齒輪的設(shè)計。由于壓力機的機身結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，齒輪與軸連成一體，做成齒輪軸結(jié)構(gòu)。在齒輪軸設(shè)計時候，完成選用軸承、擬定軸上的零件的裝配方案、校核軸的強度要求等工作。完成齒輪軸結(jié)構(gòu)的的設(shè)計后，就可以進一步確定與其嚙合的齒條的尺寸，并設(shè)計齒條的工藝規(guī)程。齒條的工藝規(guī)程設(shè)計有兩種方案，比較兩種方案的優(yōu)劣，選擇合適的一種。軸承對壓力機的工作發(fā)揮著重要的作用，應(yīng)該校核其強度，設(shè)計其密封裝置等。在以上各項工作完成后，可以設(shè)計壓力機機身（箱體）的設(shè)計和軸承端蓋的設(shè)計。最后，還應(yīng)進行成本校核，成本核算的實質(zhì)是一種數(shù)據(jù)信息處理加工的轉(zhuǎn)換過程，即將日常已發(fā)生的各種資金的耗費，按一定方法和程序，按照已經(jīng)確定的成本核算對象或使用范圍進行費用的匯集和分配的過程。成本校核的目的是為了在滿足機械工作要求和加工精度的基礎(chǔ)上，設(shè)計出最經(jīng)濟廉價產(chǎn)品。
