對接受人所提出的是一項內(nèi)容完整 明確 肯定的交易條件 一旦送達受盤人 即接受人或稱受發(fā)價人 之后 則對發(fā)盤人產(chǎn)生拘束力 發(fā)盤人在實盤規(guī)定的有效期內(nèi)不得將其撤銷或加以變更 表明發(fā)盤人有肯定訂立合同的意圖 如果受盤人在有效期內(nèi)無條件地接受 就可以達成交易 成為對買賣雙方都有約束力的合同 實盤必須同時具備三個條件才能成立
