Module 4 Unit 1 we’re going to sing and dance.
一、教學目標與要求
1.學生能夠掌握四會單詞invitation
2.四會句型What are you going to do? We’re going to have lunch together. Are you going to have a birthday cake? 學生能描述將要發(fā)生的事情并與別人談論、問答,表達自己的想法。
二、教學重點

What are you going to do? We’re going to have lunch together. Are you going to have a birthday cake?句型結構的理解和運用。
三、 教學難點:
1.have lunch, have a birthday cake,“have”在這里面都表示吃的意思。
2.聽說讀理解then,toy以及詞組play with, tidy up 的含義。
3.知道be going to表示將來,用于一般講來時,后面加動詞原形,并能熟練應用。
四、教具準備:
錄音機, CD- Rom, 繪制一張邀請卡,制

五、教學過程:
Step1 Warm-up:
1.用課件展示一張過生日的圖片,并播放“ Happy Birthday!”這首英語歌曲。在熟悉的樂曲中激發(fā)學生的學習興趣。
2.Free-talk
a. How many children are there? What are they eating?
What are they doing? They’re having a birthday party.
幾個簡短的問題,既鍛煉了學生語言表達能力,又引出今天的新課。

Step2 Presentation
一)單詞教學
first I am going to write an invitation to my good friend.這時展示一個邀請卡,讓學生認真聽老師發(fā)音,然后猜出其對應的字母。invitation,這樣在不知不覺中就培養(yǎng)學生的單詞拼寫能力。練習單詞我還設計了一個小游戲,就是把請柬藏到一名學生那里,另一名學生根據(jù)其他學生的讀單詞聲音來找單詞,聲音越大他離單詞越近,聲音越小他離單詞越遠。真正實現(xiàn)了在玩中學、學中玩,不知不覺中就培養(yǎng)了學生學習英語的興趣。
二)句型教學
1.I
5、am going to have a birthday party。Let’s see: What are we going to do?我們將要做什么呢?依次出示圖片或做動作:we’re going to have lunch together./ we’re going to sing and dance / we’re going to have a birthday cake.并且強調(diào)be going to表示將來,用于一般講來時,后面加動詞原形。
2.I am going to do many things. Let’s play a guessing game.
Use“ A
6、re you going to -------? ”to ask這時出示課件,(如sing, dance, watch TV, play the flute, have a party.)讓學生用搶答的方式進行提問。通過激發(fā)學生想說的愿望,在語言練習中也有利于學生表達能力的提高。
三)課文教學
Our friend Amy is going to have a birthday party, too. Let’s see what are they going to do?
1.自己閱讀課文第一段回答How old is she going to be?
學生回答:“She is
7、going to be 11.”培養(yǎng)學生自學能力,提高閱讀能力。
2.小組閱讀第二段, 回答What are they going to do? They’re going to have lunch. “Is Amy going to have a birthday cake? Yes。“have”在這里面都表示吃的意思。”增強小組合作意識,培養(yǎng)發(fā)現(xiàn)問題一起解決問題的合作能力。
3. 三四段聽音,并回答問題What are Amy and her friends going to do? 并讓學生劃出They’re going to (have lunch, sing and dance
8、, help me tidy up)解釋play with, 和…玩,讓學生造句,培養(yǎng)學生的語言表達能力。學習tidy up,這個詞組是本課的難點,可以讓學生這樣練習,手心跟老師讀,手背不跟老師讀,這樣可以集中孩子的主意力和激發(fā)學生的學習興趣。并提出希望Tidy your room every week. 適時對學學生進行思想品德教育。
4.Read the passage and circle “ going to”進一步強調(diào)going to”的用法
5. Act in different roles. (小組四人分角色朗讀。)

9、anks according to the hints and retell the passage. 讓學生對課文有一個整體的感知。學生能復述也可增強學生學習英語的自信心。
