2、（千克）：按提貨單或場站收據(jù)填寫。計量單位為千克，不足 1 千克的填報為“1” 。 17. 備注：需向海關說明的其它情況。 18. 進/出境日期：運輸工具進/出境的日期。無實際進出境的填申報日期。 19. 包裝種類：選擇以下一種包裝填報。木箱； 紙箱； 桶裝； 散裝；托盤； 包； 其它。 20. 體積：按提貨單或場站收據(jù)填寫，計量單位為立方米。 21. 標箱數(shù)：標準集裝箱數(shù)量（散貨填報為“0” ，1 個 20 呎集裝箱填報為“1” ，1 個 40 呎集裝箱填報為“2” ，以此類推） 。 22. 內包裝件數(shù)：內包裝箱（如紙板箱）件數(shù)。 23. 受托方名稱及海關代碼（身份證件號碼）：委托代理公司申

3、請的填報代理公司名稱及海關代碼；委托他人申請的填報 受托人姓名和身份證件號碼。 以下內容按裝箱清單、發(fā)票填寫： 24. 項號：物品序列號。 25. 物品稅號：自用物品按入境旅客行李物品和個人郵遞物品進口稅稅則歸類表歸類填寫。公用物品按中華人民共 和國海關進出口稅則8 位稅號填報。 26. 物品名稱：物品規(guī)范的中文商品名稱。汽車申報為：車輛牌名（如捷達、佳美等）+排氣量（以“CC”為單位）+車型 （如越野車、小轎車等） ，舊車應在車輛牌名前加“舊”字，新車不加。 27. 規(guī)格/型號：如普通電視機應申報熒幕尺寸，冰箱應申報容積數(shù)，汽車申報型號，如 E320、750I 等。 28. 數(shù)量：自用物品按

4、攜帶物品的實際數(shù)量填寫，如電腦主機 1 臺、CD 片 20 片、家具 5 件。公用物品按發(fā)票所列數(shù)量填 寫。 29. 單位：按法定計量單位填寫。 30. 幣制：按發(fā)票幣制填寫。 31. 總價：該項物品的總價值，須與發(fā)票一致。 32. 館長、機構負責人簽名：按海關備案的館長、機構負責人及其授權人的簽名樣本簽名。 33. 館印、機構印鑒：按海關備案的機構印章。 34. 申報日期:向海關呈交申報單的日期。 35. 附頁數(shù)：附頁總頁數(shù)（無附頁的填“0” ） 。 JG43 Instructions: 1. Voyage/Flight No.: For water transport, give the voyage number of the vessel. For rail t

8、ransport, give the date of entry or exit of the territory. For road transport, give the numeric eight-digit date of entry or exit of the cross-border vehicle. For air transport, no record is needed. For mail consignment, give the date of entry or exit of the territory. As for the office appliances c

Descriptions: The standard Chinese commercial name of the article. Automobiles are requi

17、red to be declared as “brand (e.g. Jetta, Camry etc.) + exhaust capacity (measured by “cc”) + type (e.g. cross country vehicle, sedan car, etc.) As for used automobiles, indicate “used” before the brand whereas for new ones, no indication is needed. 27. 18、he screen size shall be declared, for the refrigerator, its capacity measured by litre, and for the automobile, its model such as “E320” or “750I” etc. 28. Quantity: For articles for personal use, give the quantity in conformity with the actual amount to be imported e.g. 1 set of computer mainframe,

19、 20 discs of CD, 5 pieces of furniture. For articles for official use give the quantity as shown in the invoice. 29. Unit: Give the quantity of unit in accordance with the official measuring system. 30. Currency: Complete the item in conformity with the currency applied in the invoice. 31. The total

Date of Declaration: The date of submission of this declaration form to the Customs. 35. Page(s) Attached: The total pages of the attachment, not including the page of the application form.
