一、名詞性從句的種類(lèi)
名詞性從句分為主語(yǔ)從句、表語(yǔ)從句、賓語(yǔ)從句和同位語(yǔ)從句,其作用相當(dāng)于名詞,可分別作主句的主語(yǔ)、表語(yǔ)、賓語(yǔ)和同位語(yǔ)。
1.主語(yǔ)從句:在句子中充當(dāng)句子主語(yǔ)的從句
Whoever is interested in making small inventions can join in it.
對(duì)小發(fā)明感興趣的任何人都可以參加。
What he really means is that he disagrees with it.
2.表語(yǔ)從句:在

The last important thing you should remember is that you have to send the article to me before June 28th.
你應(yīng)該記住的最后一件重要事情是在6月28日前把文章發(fā)給我。
Today is what we can hold and make use of.
今天是我們能夠抓住并能利用的。
3.賓語(yǔ)從句:在句子中作及物動(dòng)詞或介詞的賓語(yǔ)
His uncle tells him that if his cousin wins the petition,the fam
3、ily will win an overseas tour for free.
他的叔叔告訴他,如果他的表弟贏得了比賽,家人將贏得免費(fèi)海外旅游。
If I could interview him,I would ask him what made him an astronaut and how he was trained.
如果我去采訪(fǎng)他,我會(huì)問(wèn)他是什么讓他成為了一名宇航員以及他是如何訓(xùn)練的。
4.同位語(yǔ)從句:在復(fù)合句中充當(dāng)同位語(yǔ)的從句,用以解釋或說(shuō)明前面名詞的具體內(nèi)容
There is no doubt that everyone needs to make their con

毫無(wú)疑問(wèn),人人都需要為環(huán)境保護(hù)做出自己的貢獻(xiàn)。
He made a promise that he would never e late.
他承諾永不會(huì)遲到。
I have no idea how I can use the library.
我不知道如何運(yùn)用圖書(shū)館。
二、名詞性從句的寫(xiě)法
在寫(xiě)作中,如果我們能夠把兩個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單句合并為一個(gè)含有名詞性從句的復(fù)合句,或者把一個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單句擴(kuò)展成為含有名詞性從句的復(fù)合句,對(duì)寫(xiě)作都是一種質(zhì)的升華。名詞性從句在寫(xiě)作時(shí)可采用“三步法”:
第一步:寫(xiě)出兩個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單句。
第二步:讓一
5、個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單句作從句,要注意和另一個(gè)句子的關(guān)聯(lián)性。
第三步:把兩個(gè)句子合成復(fù)合句,要特別注意連接詞的選擇和從句的語(yǔ)序。
[示例]
第一步:寫(xiě)出兩個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單句。
①He said a lot at the meeting.
②His words were very attractive.
第二步:讓句①作主語(yǔ)從句,可轉(zhuǎn)換為“他在會(huì)上所說(shuō)的話(huà)”,即what he said at the meeting。
第三步:把句①轉(zhuǎn)換的主語(yǔ)從句和句②連在一起。
What he said at the meeting was very attractive.
