摘 要
組合機床,是由大量的通用部件和少量專用部件組成的工序集中的高效率機床。其特點有:結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、工作質(zhì)量可靠、設(shè)計和制造周期短、投資少、經(jīng)濟效果好、生產(chǎn)率高等。
本次設(shè)計首先針對所要加工的零件入手,對機床進行總體方案設(shè)計,進而確定機床的總體布局,隨后,對主軸組件進行設(shè)計。在設(shè)計主軸組件時,以主軸為線索,在滿足剛度、精度等要求下,完成其它(如軸承、軸向調(diào)節(jié)機構(gòu)、鎖緊機構(gòu)等)所有零件的設(shè)計。

ABSTRACT
