型立體停車(chē)庫(kù)升降傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì) 1 摘 要 隨著我國(guó)城市化進(jìn)程的加快和汽車(chē)產(chǎn)業(yè)的迅速發(fā)展,建筑設(shè)計(jì)中關(guān)于城市停車(chē) 場(chǎng)、停車(chē)庫(kù)的合理設(shè)計(jì)是相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)領(lǐng)域亟需解決的課題。機(jī)械停車(chē)庫(kù)是利用機(jī)械設(shè) 備提高單位面積停車(chē)數(shù)量的停車(chē)方式,它是使用機(jī)械設(shè)備作為運(yùn)送或既運(yùn)送且停放 車(chē)輛的汽車(chē)庫(kù)。在一個(gè)建筑層里疊置 2-3 層存放車(chē)輛的汽車(chē)庫(kù)。它與一般汽車(chē)庫(kù)相 比,由于設(shè)備能疊置停車(chē),相同的面積內(nèi)可多停 3050的小汽車(chē)。這對(duì)凈高適 宜的已建成的單層停車(chē)庫(kù)可以改造成 2-3 層停放車(chē)輛的機(jī)械停車(chē)庫(kù),將具有積極的 現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本課題組的研究?jī)?nèi)容為鋼絲繩式三層機(jī)械式立體停車(chē)庫(kù),我個(gè)人的研究方向則 是立體停車(chē)庫(kù)升降動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)的計(jì)算設(shè)計(jì),具體內(nèi)容包括:提升電動(dòng)機(jī)的計(jì)算選擇, 用于提升系統(tǒng)的擺線針輪減速器的計(jì)算選擇,卷筒的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算,以及其他動(dòng)力輔件 的計(jì)算、選擇以及校核。 turns the progress quickly and the automobile industry of quick development, the reasonable design concerning city parking lot, the parking database is the topic that the related and professional realm wants to have a right way to solve in the building design. The machine parking database is a parking method that makes use of the machine equipments exaltation unit area parking quantity, it is to use the machine equipments conduct and actions to deliver or since deliver and park the automobile database of the vehicle. Fold to place the automobile database that 2-3 layers deposit the vehicle in a building layer. It is compared with the general automobile database, because the equipments can fold to place the parking, same area inside can stop 30% more-50% small automobile. This is clean and high and feat to have already set up of single layer the parking database can reform 2-3 layers park the machine parking database of the vehicle, will have the actively realistic meaning. The research contents of this topic set for the steel wire rope machine as to promote the dynamical steel wire rope type three stereoscopic parking database of the layer machine type, my personal research direction then stereoscopic park the car the calculation design of the database motive system, the concrete contents include: Promote the calculation choice of the electric motor, used for promoting the calculation choice that the system puts the line needle round to decelerate the machine, the design calculation of a tube, and other calculations, choices and school pits that the motive assists the piece..
