摘 要
木制衣架自動(dòng)拋光機(jī)是衣架制造企業(yè)的重要加工設(shè)備之一。目前國(guó)內(nèi)衣架制造企業(yè)大多數(shù)還是采用人工拋光的方式。為了提高木制衣架拋光效率,進(jìn)行了木制衣架拋光機(jī)設(shè)計(jì),具體內(nèi)容如下:
本設(shè)計(jì)基于木制衣架拋光機(jī)械的研究現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,根據(jù)拋光機(jī)的類型、結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)和工作原理,結(jié)合相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)手冊(cè),對(duì)木制衣架自動(dòng)拋光機(jī)進(jìn)行了結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),電動(dòng)機(jī)的選擇,聯(lián)軸器的選擇,鍵的選擇,專用夾具的設(shè)計(jì),絲桿的選擇及設(shè)計(jì),軸承的選用及機(jī)構(gòu)潤(rùn)滑劑的選用。該木制衣架結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)緊湊,能基本完成木制衣架的自動(dòng)拋光。
動(dòng)力部分由電動(dòng)機(jī)、減速器,輸入軸為主,其余部分參考外購(gòu)件的參數(shù)加以整合設(shè)計(jì)。而重點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)的是衣架拋光機(jī)拋光部分。在計(jì)算過程中,軸的設(shè)計(jì)及絲桿的選用是重點(diǎn)。首先提出拋光機(jī)的工作原理,進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì);然后確定一些原始數(shù)據(jù),計(jì)算出各個(gè)軸及絲桿的轉(zhuǎn)速、功率、轉(zhuǎn)矩。最后繪制木制衣架拋光機(jī)的裝配圖及典型零件的零件圖,對(duì)木制衣架拋光機(jī)的關(guān)鍵參數(shù)進(jìn)行計(jì)算和校核。
零件將全部采用solidworks軟件進(jìn)行計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì),設(shè)計(jì)過程中經(jīng)過較為精確的測(cè)量和計(jì)算后將所得的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行三維建模,利用模型進(jìn)行模擬裝配和干涉檢查。構(gòu)想通過創(chuàng)建三維模型這樣一個(gè)平臺(tái)來驗(yàn)證所做的設(shè)計(jì),以便于對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)中的細(xì)節(jié)進(jìn)行改進(jìn)。設(shè)計(jì)完成后,利用Solidworks建立木制衣架拋光機(jī)的3D裝配模型;較為逼真地體現(xiàn)外型設(shè)計(jì)的效果及木制衣架拋光機(jī)的主要結(jié)構(gòu)及尺寸關(guān)系,繪制二維的零件圖,裝配圖。

Idea to verify the design done by creating three-dimensional model of such a platform, in order to improve on the details of the design. The design is complete, the 3D assembly models that the Solidworks establish wooden hanger polishing machine; more realistically reflect the effect of the exterior design and wooden hangers, polishing machine the main structure and size relationships, draw two-dimensional part drawings, assembly drawings.
