汽車前軸油封蓋沖壓工藝分析與模具設(shè)計(jì)摘 要模具是制造業(yè)的重要工藝基礎(chǔ),在我國(guó)模具制造屬于專用設(shè)備制造業(yè)。模具工業(yè)是汽車產(chǎn)品開發(fā)和大批量生產(chǎn)的重要組成部分。汽車前軸油封蓋作為汽車的零部件之一,伴隨著汽車業(yè)的高速發(fā)展,便要求快速的生產(chǎn)效率,及沖壓得到的成品需要達(dá)到較高的精度以便滿足所需的安全性能。以此為前提,分析其外形特征,需要完成落料拉深切邊翻邊沖孔,共五道工序才能成型。通過(guò)工藝性分析,確定了適合給定生產(chǎn)條件的最佳工藝方案,即落料拉深復(fù)合沖壓、單工序切邊沖壓、翻邊沖孔復(fù)合沖壓的模具組合,共三副模具。本文分析了工件的沖壓工藝性,確定零件的凸緣性質(zhì)、拉深件的尺寸要求、拉深次數(shù)、切邊余量,從而計(jì)算出毛坯尺寸,完成零件的排樣設(shè)計(jì);根據(jù)圓角半徑、凸凹模之間的間隙、尺寸公差,計(jì)算出凸、凹模刃口尺寸,確定凸模長(zhǎng)度,凹模厚度;計(jì)算模具所需的沖壓力,完成卸料裝置、擋料銷、頂出裝置、推件裝置的模具結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),以及壓力機(jī)規(guī)格的選擇;根據(jù)凸模、凹模的尺寸選擇模架、導(dǎo)柱、導(dǎo)套、模柄、墊板、固定板;對(duì)每副模具的工作過(guò)程,模具的裝配流程進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的說(shuō)明,并對(duì)模具的凸模、凹模、凸凹模的加工工藝進(jìn)行了分析。根據(jù)分析計(jì)算得出的零件尺寸繪制了模具裝配圖和零部件圖。完成零件的沖壓工藝分析與模具設(shè)計(jì)。關(guān)鍵字:工藝分析;模具設(shè)計(jì);繪制零件圖 AbstractMould is the important technical foundation of manufacturing. In our country, mould manufacture belongs to special equipment manufacturing industry. Mould industry is automotive product development and an important part of mass production. Car front axle oil seal cover as one of the parts of the car, along with the high speed development of auto industry. It needs high-speed production efficiency, and the presswork needs to achieve high precision in order to satisfy the required safety performance. For this premise, analysis its appearance characteristics, considering the finished product complete blankingdeep drawingtrimmingflangingpunching, a total of five processes. Through the analysis of process and determined the suitable for a given the best process program production conditions, combination of three molds. That is, gang dies of blanking and deep drawing, singleprocess mode stamping trimming stamping, gang dies of flanging and punching.
