摘 要
大多數(shù)焊接工裝是為某種焊接組合件的裝配焊接工藝而專門設(shè)計(jì)的,屬于非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)裝置,往往需要根據(jù)產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)、生產(chǎn)條件和實(shí)際需要自行設(shè)計(jì)制造。本 次車門焊接夾具的設(shè)計(jì)亦不例外。焊接工裝設(shè)計(jì)室生產(chǎn)準(zhǔn)備工作的重要內(nèi)容之 一,也是焊接生產(chǎn)工藝的主要設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容之一。
對(duì)于汽車、 摩托車和飛機(jī)等制造業(yè),可以毫不夸張的說,沒有焊接工裝夾具就沒有產(chǎn)品。通過在工藝設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)提出所需 要的工裝類型、結(jié)構(gòu)草圖和簡(jiǎn)要說明,在此基礎(chǔ)上完成詳細(xì)的結(jié)構(gòu)和零件設(shè)計(jì)及 全部圖樣。工裝設(shè)計(jì)的質(zhì)量對(duì)生產(chǎn)效率、加工成本、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量以及生產(chǎn)安全等有直接影響為此,設(shè)計(jì)焊接工裝時(shí)必須考慮實(shí)用性、經(jīng)濟(jì)性、可靠性和藝術(shù)性等。 在夾具設(shè)計(jì)和制造過程中,普遍存在尺寸鏈為題。在把零件組裝成裝配體的過程中,也就是將零件上有關(guān)尺寸進(jìn)行組合和積累。由于零件尺寸存在制造誤差,因此裝配時(shí)也就會(huì)有誤差的綜合和積累。積累后形成的總誤差將會(huì)影響機(jī)器的工 作性能和質(zhì)量。這就形成了零件的尺寸誤差和綜合誤差之間的相互影響關(guān)系。因此合理地確定零件的尺寸和形位公差顯得尤為重要。

ABSTRACT
