CK6140數(shù)控車床縱向及橫切向進給系統(tǒng)設計【含CAD圖紙、說明書】

摘 要隨著科學技術的迅猛發(fā)展，數(shù)控機床已經(jīng)成為衡量一個國家機械制造工業(yè)水平的重要標志。數(shù)控化技術涉及機械、電子、以及控制等多門學科，是現(xiàn)代工業(yè)最主要的基礎技術和核心技術之一，是衡量一個國家機械裝備發(fā)展水平的重要標志。雖然這門學科還正處于發(fā)展階段，許多理論還處于研究和完善階段，但是它代表著機械工業(yè)技術革命的前沿方向，是綜合國力的又一具體體現(xiàn)。因此，我們應該重視該學科的研究，并大力發(fā)展這門學科，逐漸縮小與日美等發(fā)達國家的差距。數(shù)控車床的進給傳動系統(tǒng)一般均采用進給伺服系統(tǒng)。這也是數(shù)控車床區(qū)別于普通車床的一個特殊部分。提高伺服系統(tǒng)的技術性能和可靠性，對于數(shù)控機床具有重大意義，研究與開發(fā)高性能的伺服系統(tǒng)一直是現(xiàn)代數(shù)控機床的關鍵技術之一。本次設計是對 CK6140 車床的進給系統(tǒng)進行設計，此設計主要是結(jié)合國內(nèi)的具體國情，針對于廣大的用戶所設計的。遠遠比不上那些外國的設備所達到的精度。當然，時代在發(fā)展，隨著我國的正和國力迅速攀升，在不久的將來那些精度要求比較高的數(shù)控設備一定出現(xiàn)在中國的大部分企業(yè)中。關鍵字： 發(fā)展趨勢 數(shù)控車床 進給伺服系統(tǒng) 滾珠絲桿 AbstractAlong with the science technical fast fierce development, numbers controling tool machine has already become the important marking which measures a national machine manufacture industry level. Therefore, we should value the research of that academics, and strongly develop this academics, contract to wait with day the United States gradually flourishing nation of margin. The feed system of numerical control lathe in general are used feed servo system. Servo system of the technical performance and reliability for numerical control machine tools are of great significance, research and development performance Servo system has been a modern numerical control which is the key technology of machine tools.This design is to control to design a feed servo system to the number of Ck6140 lather. This design is mainly to combine local concrete state of the nation and aim at at what large customer design. Far and far can not compare with the accuracy that the equipments of those foreign countries attain.
