汽車制動系統(tǒng)的總體設計
摘 要
據公安部提供的資料顯示截止2013年底我國汽車保有量1.37億輛,是2003年的5.7倍。迅速
發(fā)展的汽車行業(yè),為我們的生活帶來便捷,由于交通事故的頻發(fā),也為我們帶來夢靨,所以安全是汽車首要問
題。汽車的制動系統(tǒng)種類很多,傳統(tǒng)的制動系統(tǒng)結構型式主要有機械式、氣動式、液壓式、氣液混合式。液壓
制動技術是如今最成熟、最經濟的制動技術,并應用在當前絕大多數乘用車上。
目前,汽車所用制動器幾乎都是摩擦式的,可分為鼓式和盤式兩大類。盤式制動器的主要優(yōu)點是在高速
剎車時能迅速制動, 優(yōu)于鼓式剎車,制動 能的 ,便于安 ABS 的高 設 。鼓
式制動器的主要優(yōu)點是剎車 ,成 ,便于 。由于鼓式制動器的絕 制動 高于盤式

Abstract
According to the information provided by the ministry of public security by
the end of 2013's 137 million cars in our country, is 5.7 times that of 2003.
The rapid development of automobile industry, bring convenience for our life,
due to the frequent traffic accidents, also bring us bad dreams, so safety is a
primary issue car.Automobile brake system is a lot of more phyletic, the
traditional braking system structure is mainly mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic,
gas-liquid hybrid. Hydraulic brake technology is now the most mature, the most
economical braking technology, and application in the current most passenger
car.
Currently, almost cars are used in friction brakes that is the drum and the
disc. The main advantage of disc brakes is at high speed braking rapidly, resist
heat is better than drum brakes, brake performance constant, easy to install as
advanced electronic devices like ABS.The main advantage of drum brakes, brake
shoe wear small, low cost, easy maintenance, because the absolute braking power
of drum brakes is far higher than disc brakes ,so drum brakes are widely used
for rear-wheel drive truck, but because In order to improve the braking
performance and increased power brake system must be added to make it cost more,
so light vehicles generally or to use front disc,rear drum brake.
The design for the front axle floating brake caliper disc brakes, rear brake for
the leading shoe drum brakes from. Drive in the form of brake hydraulic drive
form, before and after the type ( type) dual circuit brake control system.WithⅡ
the rapid development of highway industry and traffic density increasing, people
more and more high to the requirement of safety, reliability, in order to ensure
the safety of person and vehicle must be a car equipped with very reliable
