摘 要上世紀(jì)90 年代初，我國(guó)草坪業(yè)處于起步階段，經(jīng)過(guò)近20 年的發(fā)展，草坪業(yè)已經(jīng)作為重要的產(chǎn)業(yè)帶動(dòng)著經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)的高速發(fā)展。草坪的繁殖、建植、維護(hù)技術(shù)日漸成熟，同時(shí)也面臨著一系列亟待解決的問(wèn)題。草坪業(yè)的快速發(fā)展帶動(dòng)了國(guó)內(nèi)草坪機(jī)械的應(yīng)用，用于根莖采集的草坪根莖采集機(jī)的研制，實(shí)現(xiàn)了草坪根莖的機(jī)械化采集，促進(jìn)了根莖直播法的推廣，節(jié)約了土地資源，提高了草坪養(yǎng)護(hù)的效益，為采集草坪種源、規(guī)?；牟萜航ㄖ蔡峁┲匾ＷC，可扭轉(zhuǎn)優(yōu)良無(wú)籽草坪進(jìn)口品種壟斷國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)的現(xiàn)狀，應(yīng)用前景廣闊。本文分析了根莖采集在植草中的作用，通過(guò)參照對(duì)比各種草坪機(jī)械的底盤(pán)，研究設(shè)計(jì)了草坪根莖采集收獲機(jī)的自走底盤(pán)。本文主要涉及自走驅(qū)動(dòng)輪的零部件及機(jī)架的設(shè)計(jì)。為了考慮到經(jīng)濟(jì)性和實(shí)用性在設(shè)計(jì)中采用了滾筒式的驅(qū)動(dòng)輪和無(wú)梁式機(jī)架，并且通過(guò)校核驗(yàn)證滿足了技術(shù)上的要求。關(guān)鍵詞：根莖采集；底盤(pán)；驅(qū)動(dòng)滾筒；機(jī)架ABSTRACTIn the early 90 century, course of study of our country lawn at the initial stage, after nearly 20 years of development, the lawn industry as an important industry has led the economic, social development.
