多功能汽車發(fā)動機拆裝實驗臺的設(shè)計
摘 要
本設(shè)計是在研究觀察了現(xiàn)有的發(fā)動機拆裝臺架，通過對汽車企業(yè)、學(xué)?，F(xiàn)有
設(shè)備以及通過互連網(wǎng)的搜索，對其結(jié)構(gòu)形式、構(gòu)造組成、功能以及安裝特點進(jìn)行分析研究。發(fā)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)有的發(fā)動機拆裝臺架大多是功能比較單一的類型，這些性能單一的試驗臺架存在著費時、費力、效率低發(fā)動機支撐不穩(wěn)定、拆裝過程中觀察發(fā)動機不便等問題。無論是汽車維修企業(yè)還是學(xué)校都需要一種功能比較齊全的，便于拆裝發(fā)動機以及觀察發(fā)動機結(jié)構(gòu)的發(fā)動機拆裝臺架。而多功能發(fā)動機拆裝試驗臺就能很好的解決這一問題。
