黑龍江工程學院本科生畢業(yè)設計 I 摘 要 作為汽車關鍵零部件之一的車橋系統也得到相應的發(fā)展，在一般的汽車結構中， 驅動橋包括主減速器(又稱主傳動器)、差速器、半軸及橋殼等部件。單級主減速器 通常由主動齒輪和從動齒輪組成。在雙級主減速器中，通常還要加一對圓柱齒輪或 一組行星齒輪。在輪邊減速器中則常采用普通平行軸式布置的斜齒圓柱齒輪傳動或 行星齒輪傳動。主減速器采用的最廣泛的是螺旋錐齒輪和雙曲面齒輪。 本設計首先參考類似驅動橋主減速器的結構對比優(yōu)缺點，確定出總體設計方案； 然后確定主要部件的結構型式和主要設計參數；最后對主，從動錐齒輪，差速器圓 錐行星齒輪，半軸齒輪，全浮式半軸進行校核以及對支承軸承進行了壽命校核。并 對主減速器主動錐齒輪進行有限元分析。本設計采用傳統的雙曲面錐齒輪式單級主 減速器作為 CA1090 的主減速器。 關鍵詞: CA1090；主減速器；雙曲面錐齒輪；軸承；行星齒輪；有限元分析 黑龍江工程學院本科生畢業(yè)設計 II ABSTRACT One of the key components of a vehicle bridge system has also been a corresponding development of the automobile in the general structure, including the main gear axle (also known as the main drive device), differential, axle and axle housing and other components.
