黑龍江工程學(xué)院本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) I 摘 要 作為汽車(chē)關(guān)鍵零部件之一的車(chē)橋系統(tǒng)也得到相應(yīng)的發(fā)展,在一般的汽車(chē)結(jié)構(gòu)中, 驅(qū)動(dòng)橋包括主減速器(又稱(chēng)主傳動(dòng)器)、差速器、半軸及橋殼等部件。單級(jí)主減速器 通常由主動(dòng)齒輪和從動(dòng)齒輪組成。在雙級(jí)主減速器中,通常還要加一對(duì)圓柱齒輪或 一組行星齒輪。在輪邊減速器中則常采用普通平行軸式布置的斜齒圓柱齒輪傳動(dòng)或 行星齒輪傳動(dòng)。主減速器采用的最廣泛的是螺旋錐齒輪和雙曲面齒輪。 本設(shè)計(jì)首先參考類(lèi)似驅(qū)動(dòng)橋主減速器的結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)比優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),確定出總體設(shè)計(jì)方案; 然后確定主要部件的結(jié)構(gòu)型式和主要設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù);最后對(duì)主,從動(dòng)錐齒輪,差速器圓 錐行星齒輪,半軸齒輪,全浮式半軸進(jìn)行校核以及對(duì)支承軸承進(jìn)行了壽命校核。并 對(duì)主減速器主動(dòng)錐齒輪進(jìn)行有限元分析。本設(shè)計(jì)采用傳統(tǒng)的雙曲面錐齒輪式單級(jí)主 減速器作為 CA1090 的主減速器。 關(guān)鍵詞: CA1090;主減速器;雙曲面錐齒輪;軸承;行星齒輪;有限元分析 黑龍江工程學(xué)院本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) II ABSTRACT One of the key components of a vehicle bridge system has also been a corresponding development of the automobile in the general structure, including the main gear axle (also known as the main drive device), differential, axle and axle housing and other components.
