摘 要
文章介紹了專用四面刨的的發(fā)展狀況及其發(fā)展前景，聯(lián)系了當前木工四面刨機床的市場現(xiàn)狀，探討的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新對木工四面刨機床的發(fā)展的作用，為了當前市場的需求專用四面刨更受到人們的青睞，本文主要是針對四面刨的活動平臺、固定平臺，升降機構(gòu)、送料機構(gòu)、切削機構(gòu)的設(shè)計并介紹了一些有關(guān)當今四面刨遇到的問題及其解決辦法，四面刨床主要是由床身、工作臺、切削機構(gòu)、進給機構(gòu)、壓緊裝置、導板及操縱機構(gòu)等零件組成。優(yōu)秀的四面刨一般都是結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，工作臺面鍍硬絡(luò)，經(jīng)久耐用的。并且主軸特殊加工，精度要好。送料系統(tǒng)，最好是采用無級調(diào)速機構(gòu)，送料輥與減速機構(gòu)之間用萬向節(jié)聯(lián)結(jié)傳動，才能傳動平穩(wěn)，送料才能強勁有力。進入了二十一世紀以后隨著城市化進度的推進，人們對適于加工各種木料、木質(zhì)板、四面開榫的地板塊或木線條的加工有了更深層次的需求，而木工四面刨機床的應運而生恰恰滿足了此種需求。

ABSTRACT

Feed system, it is best to adopt stepless speed regulation body, feed rollers and the slowdown between the transmission link with universal joints in order to drive steady, strong in order to feed. Into the twenty-first century with the advance of the progress of urbanization, it is suitable for processing on a variety of wood, wood-based panels, surrounded by open land mortise plate or wood with a deeper level of processing demand, and the wood on all sides planing machine came into being precisely to meet such demand.
