摘 要
本題主是Z535立式鉆床總體布局及主軸箱的設(shè)計(jì),主軸箱及進(jìn)給箱是由異步電動(dòng)機(jī)進(jìn)行驅(qū)動(dòng),通過齒輪傳動(dòng),分別使主軸獲得9級(jí)轉(zhuǎn)速,通過對(duì)主軸箱中零部件的分析和校核,合理的選擇零部件包括齒輪,軸等,滿足工作時(shí)的加工要求,確保加工時(shí)銑削零件尺寸、形狀的精度要求。該鉆床適用于單個(gè)及批量零件的鉆削加工,機(jī)床具有足夠的剛度和強(qiáng)度,能進(jìn)行高速度切削和承受一定強(qiáng)度的切削工作。通過對(duì)主軸箱進(jìn)行了簡要的設(shè)計(jì)和較核,設(shè)計(jì)的總體布局滿足工藝要求,傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)滿足加工要求。Z535立式鉆床具有主軸轉(zhuǎn)速高、調(diào)速范圍寬、操作方便、工作臺(tái)進(jìn)給速度寬等特點(diǎn),大大提高了加工范圍。

ABSTRACT
The main subject host is the Z535 upright drill entire distribution and headstock's design, the headstock and the gear box is carries on the actuation by the asynchronous motor, through the gear drive, causes the main axle to obtain 9 levels of rotational speeds separately, through to the headstock in the spare part analysis and the examination, the reasonable choice spare part includes the gear, the axis and so on, satisfies when the work the processing request, guarantees when the processing milling components size, shape accuracy requirement. This drilling machine is suitable in single and the batch components drills truncates the processing, the engine bed has the enough rigidity and the intensity, can carry on the high velocity cutting and the withstanding certain intensity cutting work. Through has carried on the brief design to the headstock and nuclear, the design entire distribution satisfies the technological requirement, the transmission system satisfies the processing request. The Z535 upright drill has the spindle speed to be high, governor deflection width, ease of operation, table feed speed wide and so on characteristics, enhanced the working range greatly.
