摘要
本文詳細(xì)介紹了彈體支撐運(yùn)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)及目標(biāo)模擬器控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)方案,其目的是為了檢測(cè)導(dǎo)彈彈頭的跟蹤系統(tǒng)安裝位置的準(zhǔn)確性,并為彈體(或者彈頭)和檢測(cè)裝置提供放置安裝平臺(tái)。在機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)上論述了蝸輪蝸桿減速箱、絲杠、步進(jìn)電機(jī)、導(dǎo)軌、諧波齒輪等零件的選型。彈體支撐運(yùn)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)為整彈體(或彈體頭)提供安裝平臺(tái),并實(shí)現(xiàn)了其俯仰運(yùn)動(dòng)和自身滾轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)的要求,同時(shí)也要為目標(biāo)運(yùn)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)提供安裝平臺(tái);目標(biāo)運(yùn)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)主要有步進(jìn)電機(jī)控制的小型轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)和延長(zhǎng)支架組成,是目標(biāo)模擬器的安裝平臺(tái),再軟件的控制下實(shí)現(xiàn)了轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)的弧線運(yùn)動(dòng),同時(shí)也保證了目標(biāo)模擬器一直對(duì)正彈體頭中心的要求。在控制方面闡述了S7-200 PLC的工作原理、OP320顯示屏的操作界面的編制軟件的編制方法和編制的注意事項(xiàng)、同時(shí)闡述了這次設(shè)計(jì)的電路的詳細(xì)方案,綜合介紹了S7-200 PLC在工程實(shí)際中的一次應(yīng)用。
