本設(shè)計是結(jié)合目前實際生產(chǎn)中，發(fā)現(xiàn)通用夾具不能滿足生產(chǎn)要求，而專門設(shè)計的一種銑鍵槽夾具，在設(shè)計過程中，使用一面兩孔的定位方式，其次對夾緊方案、對刀方案，夾具體與定位鍵的設(shè)計及加工精度等方面進行分析。該夾具具有良好的加工精度，針對性強，主要用于連桿銑鍵槽零件工序的加工。此外還具備現(xiàn)代機床夾具所要求的高效化和精密化的特點，可以有效的減少工件加工的基本時間和輔助時間，大大提高了勞動生產(chǎn)力，有效地減輕了工人的勞動強度。

Title The Design of Rod Keyway Milling Fixture
Abstract
This design is incorporated into the practical production, the common clamp can not satisfy the production request, so people need a specially-designed sloting ttachment, in the designing, we use the way side two holes to locate, then analyze clamps plan and tool-setting plan. The design of navigation key and the clamp and the analyse of processing precision. his clamp has good processing precision and is typically targeted, hich is used for manipulating of the profile keyseating of onnecting rod. This clamp has clamping device that has the characteristics of modern clamp with high efficiency and accuracy, which can reduce the basic and subsidiary time of manufacturing, greatly improve labor productivity and efficiently relieve labour intensity.
