Such topic reminds students of the days of their childhood. It is helpful to raise learning interest of students and students are sure to be active in all the activities in this unit. Step one :Presentation and prevision Let students show the language items and questions that they meet during their prevision. New words: appearance , personality Phrases: used to be , used to do Questions: how to describe the people who have changed a lot (設(shè)計目的：通過學(xué)生展示預(yù)習(xí)的成果可以了解學(xué)生對如何描寫人物的掌握程度，一方面復(fù)習(xí)學(xué)過的內(nèi)容，另一方面可以使學(xué)生思考并討論遇到的問題，時間不需過多。) Step two: Leading in 1:How do we describe people? Look at those pictures, can you use the words to describe a person? (The activity introduces tile key vocabulary. Call students’ attention to the chart with the headlines Appearance and Personality.) 2:Show students some pictures about famous movies stars and then answer the questions .
