4、抵工地的材料及其他合理費(fèi)用。在已交款中增付或扣除。 11．工程監(jiān)護(hù)：在工程開始后，但在完工移交前，已完工的工程及留在工地的材料、工具、設(shè)備等，均由乙方保管。除人力不能抵抗的災(zāi)害外，乙方應(yīng)對保管中的一切，負(fù)損害之全責(zé)。如遇不可抵抗的天災(zāi)人禍，乙方應(yīng)詳列損害實(shí)情，向甲方提出恢復(fù)原狀的價(jià)格及日期。以供甲方核對付款之用。若甲方?jīng)Q定不再繼續(xù)施工，按合同第10條規(guī)定結(jié)束。 12．工程保險(xiǎn)：除天災(zāi)或因甲方使用不當(dāng)?shù)脑蛲?，乙方?yīng)在甲方驗(yàn)收后保證工程質(zhì)量良好_________年。 13．附加條款：在工程進(jìn)行中，若因乙方的過錯(cuò)，使甲方或其他人員受到傷害，乙方應(yīng)負(fù)責(zé)賠償。但如果傷害原因是由甲方或與甲方訂約之
