<p>活動(dòng)圈注塑模具設(shè)計(jì)【一模兩腔優(yōu)秀課程畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)含proe三維19張CAD圖紙+帶外文翻譯】-zsmj11</p><p>【詳情如下】【需要咨詢購買全套設(shè)計(jì)請(qǐng)加QQ1459919609】</p><p>活動(dòng)圈注塑模具設(shè)計(jì)【一模兩腔含19張CAD圖紙及proe三維】</p><p>當(dāng)今塑料成型是塑料加工中最位普遍的方法,作為塑料成型加工的工具之一的塑料注射模具,在質(zhì)量、精度、制造周期,以及注射過程中的生產(chǎn)效率等很多方面影響著產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量、產(chǎn)量、成本。產(chǎn)品的更新?lián)Q代對(duì)模具有了更多的要求,同時(shí)也意味著對(duì)注塑模具設(shè)計(jì)水平有了更高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。</p><p>課題的任務(wù)是活動(dòng)圈注塑模具設(shè)計(jì)。根據(jù)課題的要求,使用POM材料進(jìn)行注塑。本文詳細(xì)的介紹了注塑模具設(shè)計(jì)的流程:根據(jù)材料特性、工件結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行工藝分析,最終確定選取注射機(jī)。選定分型面,并針對(duì)工件特點(diǎn)對(duì)型腔數(shù)量以及型腔排列進(jìn)行了規(guī)劃。計(jì)算成型零件后,再根據(jù)型腔分布等因素選取模架。因?yàn)樗芗Y(jié)構(gòu)形狀和所用塑件的緣故,不能采用普通脫模機(jī)構(gòu),型零件的采用利用成脫模機(jī)構(gòu),通過推桿推出成型滑塊。計(jì)算并設(shè)計(jì)了澆注系統(tǒng),采用了側(cè)澆口。計(jì)算冷卻系統(tǒng),布置冷流道。最后利用Creo PTC4.0軟件建模,三維轉(zhuǎn)二維使用AutoCAD繪制圖紙。</p><p>關(guān)鍵詞:活動(dòng)圈 &nbsp;POM &nbsp;成型零件脫模</p><p>ABSTRACT</p><p>Today&#39;s plastic molding is the most common method of plastic processing.
