Step 1. Leading-in
1. T: What’s the date today? Yes, it’s April 26th, or April the 26th or the 26th of April. In a year, there are some special dates. We call them “festival”.
2. Brain storming: What festivals do you know?

1. Independence Day
(1) Ask the Ss to look at the picture and guess what public holiday it is. (Independence Day)
設(shè)計(jì)意圖:通過圖片猜測節(jié)日名,但不一下子告訴正確答案,而是進(jìn)行預(yù)測,可以提高學(xué)生的參與積極性,同時(shí)激起學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣。

教學(xué)反思
本課基本上完成了預(yù)期的教學(xué)目標(biāo),達(dá)到了預(yù)期的效果,學(xué)生們在知識的掌握、運(yùn)用語言的能力和價(jià)值觀三個(gè)方面都得到了提高。在課堂上,我力求營造一種輕松、愉悅的氛圍,通過視頻音像和flash制作的動(dòng)態(tài)畫面的展示,為學(xué)生們創(chuàng)設(shè)了真實(shí)的語言環(huán)境,使課堂變得有聲有色,學(xué)生們學(xué)得有滋有味。同時(shí)培養(yǎng)了學(xué)生們運(yùn)用創(chuàng)造性思維,大膽進(jìn)行語言練習(xí)的能力,特別是在小組合作學(xué)習(xí)的探索中,又積累了寶貴的經(jīng)驗(yàn),為今后我校的“健康課堂”模式的完善,積累了素材。小組合作學(xué)習(xí)是開展任務(wù)型教學(xué)活動(dòng)的重要途徑,它有效地把英語教學(xué)、情感教育與評價(jià)機(jī)制有效地結(jié)合起來,促使學(xué)生互相學(xué)習(xí),協(xié)同發(fā)展。
