3、每天按總價的1%計算，即_________美元整。 8．增加或減少工程：若甲方需修改、增加或減少其工程計劃時，總價之增減，應按雙方規(guī)定之訂單計算。若需新增加工程量，雙方應另行協(xié)商該項新增加工程之單價。若甲方因修改原計劃而將已完工部分工程或已運抵工地之材料棄置，甲方在驗收后，應按雙方規(guī)定的單價對乙方已完成的工程費用及材料費，予以支付。 9．監(jiān)督進度：甲方派去的監(jiān)督人員或代表對工程進度予以監(jiān)督并有權予以監(jiān)工、指導。乙方應按甲方人員或代表的指示正確施工，不得以任何借口置之不理。 10．工程停工：若甲方通知乙方將工程停止，其原因又并非是乙方的責任，乙方可停止工程并要求甲方按照已完成工程的數(shù)量、運

4、抵工地的材料及其他合理費用。在已交款中增付或扣除。 11．工程監(jiān)護：在工程開始后，但在完工移交前，已完工的工程及留在工地的材料、工具、設備等，均由乙方保管。除人力不能抵抗的災害外，乙方應對保管中的一切，負損害之全責。如遇不可抵抗的天災人禍，乙方應詳列損害實情，向甲方提出恢復原狀的價格及日期。以供甲方核對付款之用。若甲方?jīng)Q定不再繼續(xù)施工，按合同第10條規(guī)定結束。 12．工程保險：除天災或因甲方使用不當?shù)脑蛲?，乙方應在甲方驗收后保證工程質量良好_________年。 13．附加條款：在工程進行中，若因乙方的過錯，使甲方或其他人員受到傷害，乙方應負責賠償。但如果傷害原因是由甲方或與甲方訂約之
