摘 要
夾具設(shè)計(jì)是機(jī)械制造廠里的一種工藝裝備，有機(jī)床夾具，焊接夾具，裝配夾具，檢驗(yàn)夾具等，一般的機(jī)床夾具是作為機(jī)床的輔助機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的，而組合機(jī)床夾具是作為機(jī)床的主要組成部分，其設(shè)計(jì)工作是整個(gè)組合機(jī)床設(shè)計(jì)的重要部分之一。組合機(jī)床夾具應(yīng)便于實(shí)現(xiàn)定位和夾壓的自動(dòng)化，并有動(dòng)作完成的檢查信號(hào)。夾具體在機(jī)床上的安裝都是通過夾具體上的安裝基面與機(jī)床上的相應(yīng)表面的接觸或配合實(shí)現(xiàn)的。當(dāng)夾具體在機(jī)床工作臺(tái)上安裝時(shí)，夾具的重心應(yīng)盡量低，重心越高則支承面應(yīng)力越大，夾具底面四邊應(yīng)凸出，使其接觸良好，或底部設(shè)置四個(gè)支腳。當(dāng)夾具體在機(jī)床主軸上安裝時(shí)，夾具安裝基面與主軸相應(yīng)表面應(yīng)有足夠的配合精度，并保證安裝穩(wěn)定可靠。
