皮帶運(yùn)輸機(jī)總體及傳動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì),皮帶運(yùn)輸機(jī)總體及傳動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì),皮帶,運(yùn)輸機(jī),總體,整體,傳動(dòng),設(shè)計(jì) 河南理工大學(xué)萬(wàn)方科技學(xué)院本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)論文摘 要帶式輸送機(jī)是廣泛應(yīng)用于煤炭、港口、建設(shè)、電廠等工業(yè)領(lǐng)域的連續(xù)輸送設(shè)備，它具有運(yùn)輸效率高、運(yùn)營(yíng)成本低等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。隨著國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展，帶式輸送機(jī)的應(yīng)用越來(lái)越廣泛。近年來(lái)，隨著工業(yè)技術(shù)的發(fā)展，帶式輸送機(jī)也不斷朝著大運(yùn)量、長(zhǎng)距離、大傾角、高帶速、投資費(fèi)用少、運(yùn)營(yíng)費(fèi)用低、工作可靠、維護(hù)方便等方向發(fā)展，對(duì)其設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)的要求也越來(lái)越高。 為適應(yīng)地形的要求，用輸送帶輸送一定高度的帶式輸送機(jī)在很多方面有應(yīng)用。本文著重討論了帶式輸送機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)原理、傳動(dòng)原理、設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算法則、運(yùn)行阻力的計(jì)算、各點(diǎn)張力的計(jì)算等內(nèi)容，以及各種計(jì)算參數(shù)的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算和校核，尤其對(duì)輸送帶的選用、托輥的選用進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析，使設(shè)計(jì)更加貼切接近實(shí)際問(wèn)題。本文還分析了國(guó)內(nèi)外帶式輸送機(jī)的現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展趨勢(shì)，說(shuō)明在現(xiàn)代高科技發(fā)展的情況下，帶式輸送機(jī)的發(fā)展?jié)摿€是很大的。本文研究了一般固定式帶式輸送機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)理論，并根據(jù)所設(shè)計(jì)的要求再結(jié)合目前國(guó)內(nèi)的目前的技術(shù)要求組裝了一套傾角為0度的固定式帶式輸送機(jī)，說(shuō)明了這套設(shè)計(jì)符合設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)的要求關(guān)鍵字：輸送機(jī) 發(fā)展 結(jié)構(gòu)原理 計(jì)算和校核 AbstractTaking style to transport machine is broad apply to industry field continuation such as coal , port construction, electric power plant transports equipment , that it has transportation is efficient , is in motion and do business cost low grade merit.
