摘 要： 高檔不銹鋼保溫杯過濾盤,是高檔不銹保溫杯中的一個零件，作用是在杯中起隔離茶渣的作用。其工作環(huán)境是耐100℃的高溫，能在堿性的茶水里長時(shí)間的浸泡。如果采用單工序分步加工，不適合用于大批量生產(chǎn)，成本較高，加工時(shí)間較長，生產(chǎn)效率較低，質(zhì)量也不太穩(wěn)定。本設(shè)計(jì)采用了復(fù)合模，這樣能提高生產(chǎn)效率，降低成本，而且采用復(fù)合模，不僅提高了生產(chǎn)效率，質(zhì)量也比較穩(wěn)定，模具壽命也較長?？梢蕴岣吖ぷ餍屎彤a(chǎn)品質(zhì)量，滿足設(shè)計(jì)目的和技術(shù)要求。

Abstract: The slap-up stainless steel vacuum cup filter tray is one part of the slap-up stainless steel vacuum cup. It's function is in the seclusion of the tea-leaf. It works in the 100℃'s high temperature environment, and it can dip in alkalescent tea. If adopt the single working procedure, it's not suitable to use in the volume-produce, for it's high cost, long machining time, inefficient production and unstable quality. This design has adopted the mulriple model, so it advanced the productivity, the quality will be more stable and the model will use more longer. It also can boost the working efficiency, the quality of the products and meet the technic demand of the design purpose.
