摘 要
海洋開發(fā)中,尤其是對(duì)淺海的開發(fā)中,各國(guó)廣泛采用導(dǎo)管架平臺(tái)。本文以渤海地區(qū)的自然環(huán)境條件為設(shè)計(jì)依據(jù),論述了該環(huán)境條件情況下井組計(jì)量平臺(tái)的的設(shè)計(jì)過程,包括平臺(tái)選型、主尺度和構(gòu)件尺寸的確定,環(huán)境載荷計(jì)算及各工況載荷的組合,建立ANSYS模型,對(duì)平臺(tái)進(jìn)行靜動(dòng)力強(qiáng)度校核,地基承載力計(jì)算等幾個(gè)方面。
由于計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展,使有限元法在工程中得到了廣泛的運(yùn)用。有限元法是一種采用電子計(jì)算機(jī)求解結(jié)構(gòu)靜、動(dòng)態(tài)力學(xué)特征問題的數(shù)值解法,運(yùn)用有限元對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行分析,即將求解結(jié)構(gòu)看成由很多稱為互連子結(jié)構(gòu)組成,對(duì)每一個(gè)單元假設(shè)一個(gè)合適的近似解,然后推導(dǎo)該問題的滿足條件,從而得到問題的解。作為新一代有限元分析軟件的代表,ANSYS抓住了現(xiàn)代設(shè)計(jì)方法對(duì)CAE技術(shù)提出的新要求,具有強(qiáng)大的非線性分析功能。

The Design of Petroleum Measures Jacket Platform
in Shallow Sea
Abstract
Jacket platform is one of most popular platform types when exploring oil in the shallow areas of the sea.This paper described the design process of a jacket platform according to the usage and the environment condition of Bohai.All the steps included the dimension design of the platform;calculation of the loads resulted from the wind,wave,current and ice;statics and dynamics analysis;strength verifying of the jacket and foundation.
Accorrding to the quick development of computer technology,FEA is made extensive application in engineering. ANSYSA is a powerful engineering software, which solve the problems of structure with the finite element method,and regard the whole structure as the unit of many intterrelate substructure,presumes an answer for each element,then deduces the qualification of the whole,and ulimately get the entire answer for the whole.
Because the software of ANSYS has the characteristics such as model building simply,fast and conveniently,it becomes the representative of large universal finite element procedure.In terms of composing and function,ANSYS is really an efficient tool in engineering and it plays an important role in static and dynamics analyse.
