1、-I-摘要在對國內(nèi)外車庫現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展趨勢做了充分調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,以較為典型的升降橫移式立體車庫為研究對象,選擇三層三列式車庫結(jié)構(gòu)作為研究模型。綜合考慮立體車庫制造成本和運行安全的雙重因素。簡單介紹了車庫的主體結(jié)構(gòu)和特點,對車庫的控制系統(tǒng)也作了簡單的說明,依據(jù)升降橫移式立體車庫的運行原理,運用機械設(shè)計相關(guān)知識進行了一系列傳動方案的設(shè)計,包括提升系統(tǒng)的傳動設(shè)計,橫移系統(tǒng)的傳動設(shè)計,還運用力學理論對升降橫移式立體車庫的結(jié)構(gòu)進行了力學分析,包括升降橫移式立體車庫的框架結(jié)構(gòu)的強度、橫移傳動系統(tǒng)中軸的強度和升降傳動系統(tǒng)中軸的強度等。為了使停車設(shè)備滿足使用要求,根據(jù)國家關(guān)于機械式停車設(shè)備通用安全要求的標準、升降
