(邊做動作邊說)溫故知新,為新課的學(xué)習(xí)預(yù)熱。二、Presentation & Practice Lets learn1. 教學(xué)單詞dining hall, grass, gymShow the picture of grass. T:Whats this? Ss:Its grass. (板書grass并教讀) Chant: Grass, grass. Play football on the grass. 以同樣的方法教學(xué)dining hall, gym。 Chant: Dining hall, dining hall. Have lunch in the dinning hall. Gym, gym. Play basketball in the gym.2.教學(xué)單詞ago及詞組“.years ago, .months ago ”。教師先說幾個句子讓學(xué)生感受。T:I went fishing three days ago. I went to Beijing two years ago.(板書并教讀ago)讓學(xué)生說出“.years ago, .months ago”的意思并造句。3.出示課本掛圖,板書并介紹本課重難點句型:There was no gym in my school twenty years ago. Now theres a new one in our school. 教讀、板書“There was/were.years/months ago/last year/month. There is/are.now.”。指導(dǎo)學(xué)生注意觀察、比較和總結(jié)。4.播放錄音,學(xué)生仿讀。5.教師呈現(xiàn)本校新舊照片兩張,學(xué)生學(xué)說句子,描述學(xué)校以前和現(xiàn)在的樣子。如:There was no computer room ten years ago. Now theres a new one in our school.Find the mistakes1. 呈現(xiàn)課本圖片,師生一起觀察圖片,讀一讀詞匯,看看圖片中都有哪些場所。 2. 創(chuàng)設(shè)場景,導(dǎo)入話題。T:Its the Tang dynasty. It was more than 1000 years ago.讓學(xué)生想象并說說他們心中的唐代是什么樣子,有哪些場所、物件。3. 玩“大家來找茬”游戲,完成Find the mistakes部分的課堂活動。學(xué)生先自己讀句子,然后小組合作找出錯誤的地方。4.鼓勵小組代表上臺仿照例句進(jìn)行描述,教師給予適當(dāng)指導(dǎo)。5.教師匯總并陳述正確、完整的答案。 對于學(xué)生難掌握讀音的新單詞,教師要多帶讀幾次。 學(xué)生先自己注意觀察,注重自主探究。教師適度指導(dǎo)和幫助。作業(yè)設(shè)計1.抄寫幾個四會詞匯。2.自主預(yù)習(xí)Lets talk部分課文,在不懂的地方做記號。板書設(shè)計Unit 4 Then and now dining hall, gym, grass, ago, .years ago, .months agoThere was no gym in my school twenty years ago. There is/are.now.第二課時教學(xué)過程批注一、Warm-up & Revision1.復(fù)習(xí)上節(jié)課Lets learn中的詞匯。教師出示圖片,學(xué)生說單詞并造句。教師出示單詞卡,全班齊讀并拼寫單詞:dining hall, grass, gym。2.用ago造句。如:There was a dog in the park five days ago. 二、 Presentation & Practice Lets try1.讓學(xué)生讀題,帶著問題聽錄音材料。2.播放錄音,讓學(xué)生完成兩個小題。3.師生核對答案。Lets talk1.教學(xué)單詞star, easy, look up, Internet。(1)畫星星簡筆畫 T:Whats this? Ss:Its a star. (板書star并教讀)T:Can you spell star? Ss:S-T-A-R,star. T:It is easy. (板書并教讀easy)(2)出示一個星座圖片。T: Do you know its name? Ss: We dont know. T: We can look it up on the Internet. (板書look up, Internet講解并教讀)(3)出示有圖書館和沒有圖書館的學(xué)校照片,學(xué)生說句子Ss: There was no library in the school. Now theres a new one. 齊讀。(4)出示有電腦和沒有電腦的學(xué)校圖片。T:There were no computers or Internet in my time. (注意arewere)學(xué)生反復(fù)讀該句子。2.講解并教讀句子:Tell us about your school, please. How do you know that?3.學(xué)生聽錄音,老師教讀對話。4.學(xué)生自己讀對話,回答問題:What was Grandpas school like? 5.學(xué)生講解對話,教師補充答疑。6.Role-play三人一組練習(xí)對話,并請三組學(xué)生上臺表演。 以圖片來直觀教學(xué)新詞,學(xué)生對新詞的記憶更深刻。作業(yè)設(shè)計1.熟讀Lets talk部分課文。2.自主預(yù)習(xí)B部分的Lets learn。 板書設(shè)計Unit 4 Then and nowstar,easy, look up, InternetThere was no library in my old school. T:How do you know that? S1:Our head teacher told us.3. 教師播放教材配套英文歌曲“Changes in me”,學(xué)生在教師的引導(dǎo)下跟唱,作為課前熱身。T: Today, were going to start to learn Unit 4 Part B. Lets begin with the song “Changes in me”. 二、Presentation & PracticeLets learn1.教學(xué)單詞及詞組cycling, go cycling, ice-skate, play badminton。(1)出示騎車的圖片。T:What sport is it? 板書cycling并教讀。(2)教師邊做騎車的動作邊說:Go cycling, I can go cycling.。(3)出示羽毛球拍圖片。T: Do you like badminton? S1: Yes,I do./No,I dont. T: Can you play badminton? S2:Yes,I can./No,I cant.板書并教讀badminton,play badminton. I can play badminton.(4)出示滑冰的圖片,板書并教讀ice-skate。教師邊做動作邊說:Ice-skate, ice-skate, I can ice-skate.2.呈現(xiàn)句子:I didnt like winter before. I thought it was too cold, and I couldnt go cycling.告訴學(xué)生thinkthought, cancould。3.呈現(xiàn)句子:How about now? Now I love to ice-skate, so I like winter. 請學(xué)生說出意思,全班齊讀。4.播放Lets learn錄音,學(xué)生跟讀。5.學(xué)生開火車讀單詞、詞組。6.學(xué)生靈活運用所學(xué)單詞及句子表演對話。Listen,match and say 1.組織學(xué)生觀察圖片,寫出相關(guān)的動作詞組。如:go swimming, go cycling, cook dinner, play the erhu, ice-skate, play the piano, play badminton。然后“開火車”介紹相關(guān)的動作詞組造句。2.聽錄音,把人物與做的活動圖片連起來。3.根據(jù)連線同桌對話:Before, Allen couldnt. Now. 用圖片學(xué)習(xí)短語,形象、易懂。再次重復(fù)重點句型,幫學(xué)生加深印象。作業(yè)設(shè)計1.抄寫Lets learn中的詞匯。2.自主預(yù)習(xí)Lets talk課文。板書設(shè)計Unit 4 Then and nowcycling, go cycling, ice-skate, badminton, play badmintonI didnt like winter before. Guess. It is me. At that time, I had short hair and I was heavy. Look I am different now. And all of you are different now.(板書different,說出它的意思,并教讀)2.教學(xué)active并板書句子:Before, I was quiet. Now, Im very active in class. 請學(xué)生說意思,然后齊讀。3.板書句子:I was short, so I couldnt ride my bike well. Now, I go cycling every day.請學(xué)生說句子的意思,然后齊讀句子,最后請學(xué)生模仿該句子說自己的變化。如:I was short, so I couldnt play basketball well. Now, I play it every day.4.學(xué)生自己讀對話,回答問題:How did Mike change?5.學(xué)生講解對話,教師答疑。6.放錄音,學(xué)生跟讀。7.學(xué)生三人一組分角色朗讀對話。 8.根據(jù)P36頁底內(nèi)容提示,結(jié)合所學(xué)單詞及句子談?wù)摷胰嘶蚺笥训淖兓?可以利用課件展示語文課本上的一些文化名人的新老照片,開拓學(xué)生的視野。作業(yè)設(shè)計1.熟讀Lets talk課文。2.自主預(yù)習(xí)Read and write。板書設(shè)計Unit 4 Then and nowdifferent activeBefore, I was quiet. Now, I go cycling every day.第三課時教學(xué)過程批注一、Warm-up & Revision1.Review the words and phrases and sentences in Unit 4.(多操練)教師準(zhǔn)備動詞(短語)小卡片,如:play badminton, eat food, drink water, run, go cycling, ice-skate等。2. Play a game.全班一起玩擊鼓傳花的游戲,教師準(zhǔn)備一個氣球或小球,教師喊開始,學(xué)生之間傳遞此物,教師喊停,物品所在者和上一位合作表演,一位做動作,另一位出示動作對應(yīng)的卡片。 二、Presentation & PracticeRead and write1.出示單詞卡片或圖畫,教學(xué)單詞:race, nothing, thought, felt, cheetah, trip, woke, dream并板書,教讀,學(xué)生跟讀。2.學(xué)生獨立閱讀課文,邊讀邊理解。畫出不理解的句子。3.教師幫助學(xué)生理解句子并板書:(1)There were many animals in that race. (2)But suddenly he tripped and fell.4.領(lǐng)讀課文并糾正讀音。抽學(xué)生理解課文,并答疑。5.Listen to the passage.6.Number the pictures. 7. Finish exercises:(1)吳一凡正在向媽媽描述他做的夢。再次聽課文錄音,學(xué)生完成P39對話填空題。(2)學(xué)生根據(jù)本課所學(xué),寫幾句話描述一個有趣的夢,完成P39的寫作任務(wù)。請23位學(xué)生起來讀讀他們所寫的句子,描述做過的有意思的夢。學(xué)生先自己讀,再和錄音跟讀,找找自己讀得不標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的地方。 作業(yè)設(shè)計1.熟讀課文。2.自主預(yù)習(xí)Lets wrap it up。板書設(shè)計Unit 4 Then and nowThere were many animals in that race.But suddenly he tripped and fell.第四課時教學(xué)過程批注二、 Warm-up & Revision1.教師給每組分發(fā)相同的動詞短語小紙片,如:play badminton, eat food,drink water,run,go cycling,ice-skate等。一個學(xué)生在臺上做動作,小組合作排序,比一比哪個小組排得又快又準(zhǔn)。2.同桌二人運用所給的動詞短語,運用過去時和現(xiàn)在時的對比描述來寫出變化。如: I couldnt run very fast before. Now, I run like a cheetah. I was so short. I couldnt go cycling. But I go cycling every day now. 操練前面所學(xué)內(nèi)容,為新課預(yù)熱。二、Presentation & PracticeLets check1.學(xué)生觀察圖片,說出圖片對應(yīng)的單詞或短語。2.教師播放錄音,在學(xué)生聽錄音為圖片標(biāo)號后講評訂正。3.教師再次播放錄音,學(xué)生劃掉沒有聽到的詞匯。請一名學(xué)生念答案,教師講評訂正。Lets wrap it up1. Leading-inT:Changes are all around us.Talk about the changes below.2.組織學(xué)生觀察和比較五幅圖片,了解變化。3.同桌二人相互介紹這五幅圖的變化,強化訓(xùn)練過去時和現(xiàn)在時的對比區(qū)分。如:T:It was raining. Now, it is sunny. (區(qū)分was, is)4.請學(xué)生起來仿照例句描述圖片。Story time1. 引入本部分的學(xué)習(xí)。T: Look,Zoom and Zip are talking about changes.Lets read.2.教師呈現(xiàn)Story time掛圖,學(xué)生觀察主圖,閱讀故事,了解故事大概,畫出不理解的句子。3.聽錄音,仿讀并理解故事。4.再次播放錄音,讓學(xué)生邊聽邊看課文。聽完后和同桌兩人互相幫助整理出故事的大意。5.鼓勵學(xué)生給大家講講這個故事,可分三段讓不同學(xué)生完成。 本部分的趣味故事從A、B部分關(guān)注周邊環(huán)境、關(guān)注自我升華到一個更宏大的層次拯救世界,讓這個世界變成更美好的人間。作業(yè)設(shè) 計抄寫并背誦本單元重點詞匯和句字。板書設(shè)計Unit 4 Then and nowIt was raining.
