畢 業(yè) 設(shè) 計(jì) 說 明 書 （ 論 文 ） 中 文 摘 要金屬切削機(jī)床在是人類改造自然的長期生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐中，不斷改進(jìn)生產(chǎn)工具的基礎(chǔ)上產(chǎn)生和發(fā)展起來的，它是用切削的方法將金屬毛坯加工成機(jī)器零件的機(jī)器，是制造機(jī)器的機(jī)器。CA6140 車床可進(jìn)行各種車削工作，并可加工公制、英制、模數(shù)和徑節(jié)螺紋，所以在各個(gè)領(lǐng)域中應(yīng)用越來越廣泛。本文首先介紹了金屬切削機(jī)床的基本概念，以及在國內(nèi)外的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。其次具體闡述 CA6140 車床主軸箱的功用，組成及各部分特點(diǎn)。然后根據(jù)課題的要求及給定的設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)，對 CA6140 車床主軸箱的主傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了方案設(shè)計(jì)。最后文章分別對主軸箱中的各軸，以及軸上的齒輪和軸承進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的計(jì)算和校核，并給出了各軸的裝配圖和主軸箱的總裝配圖。關(guān)鍵詞 金屬切削機(jī)床 主軸箱設(shè)計(jì) 傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng) 裝配圖畢 業(yè) 設(shè) 計(jì) 說 明 書 （ 論 文 ） 外 文 摘 要Title The Design of CA6140 Lathe Spindle Box AbstractIn the long-term practice of production, Metal Cutting Machine Tool has developed on the base of human rebuilding the nature and improving the generative tools. By the way of cutting, metal rough materials can be produced into machine parts, it is the machine that could make machines. The CA6140 Machine Tool could do various of turning, and can machining Metric, English, Modulus and diametrer pitch whorl, so it could be used more and more widely in all fields.First of all, the basic concept of Metal Cutting Machine Tool and its development status at home and abroad are introduced in this paper. Meanwhile, the function , integral part of spindle box and the point of parts is described also. According to the requirements of the subject and the design parameters , the design of the main transmission is given. Finally, the calculation and checking of the main axis, gears, bearings in the spindle box is given in detail.
